Yeah! Here's the new chapter!

-October-

I don't know what happened after my conversation with Professor McGonagall, but I'm sure she did speak with Professor Snape and Professor Lupin since they both started acting strangely.

Professor Lupin didn't look Professor McGonagall in the eye for a week, and I heard from Neville that Professor Lupin called him into his office one day to apologize to him.

Whenever Professor Lupin walked past me I could feel the shame and guilt coming from him, but being scolded by Professor McGonagall didn't discourage him.

In fact I think being scolded made him focus even more on his DADA classes, probably in an attempt to show Professor McGonagall that he's really matured.

Now about the other teacher, well...

Professor Snape walked around staring at anyone who dared look at him, but he didn't do or say anything, probably because Professor McGonagall must have scolded him for such childish acts.

And I don't know what Professor McGonagall said to him either, but now it seemed that the animosity he had towards Professor Lupin had turned to hatred, or at least the old hatred he had for Lupin reappeared.

Fortunately he continued to act normally with me. Well, normally it's not the right word I would use to describe his attitude towards me, indifference would be the correct one, and I can only assume that Professor McGonagall must not have told him that I was the one who complained about his attitude and actions to her.

But with this problem partially and temporarily resolved, classes continued as normal, and I can say that this school year is better than the previous two school years, at least when it comes to classes.

The following Care of Magical Creatures classes are still just as fun as the first, and Hagrid started asking for my help in his classes whenever he was going to introduce a new creature to the class, and I was happy with that.

Hagrid asking for my help shows that he trusts me, and as I love creatures I took this opportunity.

The only bad thing is having to hear Anthony and Terry constantly calling me Hagrid junior.

The Ancient Runes class became one of my favorite subjects, and it also showed that my talent for runes outperformed my peers by a large margin.

This didn't come as a surprise to me, as I started studying runes as soon as I entered the wizarding world, and I also had some lessons with Penny, who is a Rune Master who has already created her own runic language.

Professor Babbling was very happy to have me in her class, and usually when classes were over and I had some free time I would always chat with her, and it was refreshing to talk to a young teacher as her personality is more cheerful and adventurous when compared to your co-workers.

And I was right when I said she had the personality of an older sister the first time I saw her.

But aside from the lessons and quidditch practice, nothing very interesting happened at school.

Well, apart from a small incident where a prank unfortunately hit Professor Snape, turning his long greasy hair into snakes just like Medusa.

And coincidentally on the same day some students saw a black haired Ravenclaw coming out of Professor Snape's office.

Luckily I had an alibi, which happened to be Luna and Lily, who said I spent the afternoon playing with them.

It's hard not to like these two girls, and it has nothing to do with the fact that our first and last names have some connection to the night sky.

The month of October passed quickly, and some interesting events took place.

Among these events the most interesting were the birthdays of Professor McGonagall and Professor Flitwick which were on the 4th and 17th respectively.

But in addition to the birthday of these two, Megan's birthday also passed, which was on the 27th.

And as is becoming a custom, my friends and I threw a small outdoor party for Megan in front of the black lake, where I gifted her a Nimbus 2001.

And I think if she'd hugged me a little tighter she probably would have broken my rib.

And speaking of gifts, I decided that I would give a copy of my books to Professor Flitwick in advance, something he seems to have liked a lot if his gleeful squealing and jumping were any indication.

For Professor McGonagall I gave her a simple silver hair clip shaped like a cat, with rubies in it eyes.

I had made the hair clip myself, and hardly any magic was used, and I'm sure Professor McGonagall liked it, as in these days that passed I never saw her get it out of her head.

But with those days passing by, the end of October also arrived and it was the weekend, which meant that it was also the day students could visit Hogsmeade.

But this day is not important just for that.

This day is also important because it's Halloween, a day when normally something great and even dangerous happens at school, and this Halloween would be no different.

This Halloween, 31st, will be the day that Sirius Black will invade the school, where he will destroy the portrait of the Fat Lady, causing panic and terror in the school.

But things won't happen the same way with me here.

-October 31st – Halloween-

"Come on Ethan, the other students are already heading to the carriages" Terry told me, looking at the students leaving the school through the windows of the Ravenclaw common room.

"Okay, Okay. I'm almost done" I said rolling my eyes, putting away the last book I had taken from the Ravenclaw library, "Done"

"Finally! I thought you were going to start polishing all the books in the library," Terry said.

"Shut up," I said, huffing in amusement.

I then took my bag enchanted with an expansion spell, and with that the boys and I started to leave the common room.

But as we were about to leave I saw Luna sitting in my armchair reading a book with a happy look on her face, but I could tell she was a little sad.

"Don't be sad Luna, I'll bring you lots of things and sweets from Hogsmeade" I said with a smile, and Luna looked at me in surprise for a moment before a genuine smile appeared on her face.

"Thank you," she said happily, and I nodded at her.

Knowing that Luna wasn't so sad now I walked away satisfied, finding Terry and Anthony looking at me annoyed in front of the entrance to the common room.

"Don't worry, you can take longer there. It's not like we're in a hurry," Terry said sarcastically.

"Yes, yes. I get it drama queen, you're in a hurry to see the amazing village of Hogsmeade" I said rolling my eyes, "I'm surprised to see you so excited to get out of school in this cold"

I then noticed that Anthony was still staring at me, "And what did I do to you?" I asked with a raised eyebrow.

"Why Luna is the only person you let sit in your armchair?" he asked, crossing his arms with a snort, "We've known each other the longest, and the last time I tried to sit in your armchair I ended up glued to the ceiling of the common room for half an hour."

Listening to Anthony I just looked at him blankly.

"Maybe because out of all of you she's the nicest person in Ravenclaw?" I asked rhetorically, "And it's hard to say no when she looks at me with those adorable innocent eyes" I shrugged.

'And now that I think about it, it's almost the same with Cele and Lily… Damn puppy eyes' I thought.

"Are you sure it's not because you have a crush on Luna?" Terry asked me wiggling his eyebrows suggestively.

"Hahaha" I chuckled dryly as I rolled my eyes, "Instead of wasting your time questioning me you should start worrying about moving soon so you don't miss the carriages" I said, and that alerted the boys.

"Damn it's true, we're going to be late" Terry swore, and without another word he turned and started running, with Anthony quickly following him.

"Idiots" I huffed, following them.

'And I don't have a crush on Luna' I mentally denied.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

-Hogsmeade-

"Damn, here is amazing" Terry said as he got out of the carriage stepping onto the snowy ground of the village, looking around and seeing a crowd of students and various shops and establishments.

"Yes, I'm feeling the same amazing, magical feeling that I felt when I first walked into Diagon Alley" Stephen who arrived at our side said, snuggling into his scarf and looking around in wonder.

"Meh, here is not so amazing," Michael said, and the boys turned to face him.

"Then why is your hand shaking and why were you smiling when you got out of the carriage?" I asked, and immediately Michael looked at his hand to see if it was really shaking.

"But my hand isn't shaking." Michael said confused, and turning to me he noticed that I was smiling mockingly.

"You're so easy to fool," I said, and ignoring him I started looking at all the shops in Hogsmeade in the distance.

"Oh, I almost forgot" I said, and opening my bag I took out a piece of parchment from inside, "Penelope gave me a little map showing the location of every shop and establishment in Hogsmeade" I said, opening the map and showing it to the boys, who were looking excitedly at the names of various stores on the map.

Knowing it would be difficult for all of us to use the same map I pulled out my wand, and using the {Geminio} spell I duplicated the map four times, handing the copies over to the boys.

"So... Where do you want to go first?" I asked, holding up my map.

""""Honeydukes"""" the four of them said together, not even looking at their map.

"I should have expected for this." I rolled my eyes.

End.

(End AN: Well... I already said that I don't like heat or summer, and now I hate it.

I have sunburn on my arms, and it burns when I'm near hot places or hot garlic, and currently I can't even be near a window when it's daylight.

A piece of advice for all of you, always use sunscreen...)
