Yeah! Here's the new chapter!

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

As soon as I closed my eyes and felt my consciousness fading into the world of sleepers, I found myself in a dark world with nothing but darkness to see.

But I didn't feel like I was in a dream. I could think, act, and many other things I couldn't do in a real dream, and even a lucid dream couldn't bring me these sensations.

But that didn't really matter, since in this world of darkness I had nothing to do, not that I could.

But that didn't last long, as at some point the place around me started to change, and in the place of darkness a dense forest began to appear, and I immediately realized what was happening.

'Again?' I wondered apprehensively, remembering the last dream or vision like this I had.

I was expecting that I would suddenly appear in this forest again, only against all my expectations I found myself up in a tree.

'Huh?' I thought confused, 'Either this tree is giant, or I shrunk'

From my vantage point from up in the tree, everything around me looked huge.

The branches of the tree, its leaves, and the great height of said tree. All of this made me realize that this dream might not be as similar to the first one.

'What happened to my body? I feel weird...Actually, I don't think this is my body' I thought, realizing only now that I couldn't speak or move.

But to my confusion and shock, my body started to move on its own.

'What the hell?!' I exclaimed shocked.

I then, after getting up from the branch where I was sitting, took an impulse and jumped to a tree in front of me, grabbing a branch in front of me.

And in that moment, I could see my hands that were outstretched, and I realized that they weren't human hands.

My confusion would be written all over my face if I had a face right now, but that confusion turned to realization as soon as I saw something pass in front of my eyes.

'Is that a tail?!!'

And without giving myself time to process what I just saw I started jumping to the next tree, and then I kept going, jumping from branch to branch like a—

'Cum! I'm a monkey?!' I internally yelled, 'What's going on?! Did I happen to smoke something before bed and now I'm hallucinating? Or did I become an Animagus while I slept?'

Many questions came to my mind, but before I could think of an answer, even if it was absurd, the world around me blurred.

Now I found myself flying through the clouds on a windy night, with nothing but stars and clouds in a night to see.

I could feel the sensation of the air passing over my face, over my 'wings', and all over my body, giving me a feeling of freedom and joy greater than any flight I've ever had on a broom.

I then looked down, and I managed to see with great effort the ground below me, where I saw a figure running.

Seeing something moving on the ground below me, I braced myself, and with a flutter of my wings I leaned down, immediately diving for that figure.

As I got closer I saw that this figure was a rabbit, and I stretched my claws at it, and as if in slow motion I could see the rabbit turning to look at me in panic before I dug my claws into it, receiving a painful squeak from the little creature.

But before my current body - which I realized was that of a hawk - could feed on the poor rabbit, the world around me blurred again.

This dream of mine then kept happening, changing every few minutes, and in a moment I saw myself as a snake crawling on the ground, a shark swimming in the middle of the sea in a great storm, a scorpion hiding in the sands of a desert, and a cat sitting on top of a roof meowing at the starry sky.

But it wasn't just normal creatures that I became. I've also been in the bodies of some magical creatures.

I found myself flying like a Pegasus, then I became a Diricawl and I was Apparating all over a small farm, and ironically I found myself killing my prey with a death glare after becoming a basilisk.

Every moment I saw myself in the perspective of some creature, with no control over my body.

'I... I don't understand...' I muttered, with a complicated look on my face, 'The other dream was completely different from this one... What do these dreams mean?'

I knew I wasn't going to get an answer, but I was very confused by what was going on.

And with confusion on my face, the place around me changed again, and I returned to the world of darkness.

Looking around, I realized that I had my body back and that I could move it, but before I could even lift my hand I felt my body freeze, feeling something very dangerous and hostile behind me.

Turning around slowly and almost robotically, I saw a familiar shadow towering over me, furious amber eyes glaring at me.

"ROAR!!"

As soon as this creature roared, I closed my eyes, and when I opened them I realized that I was back in my room, in a cold sweat and shivering.

"This is the same creature from my first dream," I muttered breathing heavily, running a hand over my forehead to wipe away my sweat.

Feeling that my breathing was stabilizing I sat up on my bed, feeling the cold floor on my feet, and after staring at the floor lost in thought for a while,I turned around and picked up a notebook and pencil that were in the drawer of the little table next to my bed.

With notebook and pencil in hand I then started to draw all the shadows and creatures I saw in my dream, focusing mainly on the creature with amber eyes, with the intention of finding out which creatures they were.

Finishing drawing the creatures I looked at the drawing intently, before sighing and placing the notebook on my little table.

'Once is not a good sign, now twice makes me sure there's something going on with me' I thought, putting my hands on my head.

'Sigh... I think it's part of every reincarnator's script to have some mystery surrounding their life' I thought, with a wry smile on my face, 'But I think that just makes everything more exciting, right?' I tried to cheer myself up.

Sitting up on my bed with my back against her headboard, I started to look out my bedroom window, seeing that it was still night, probably being 2 or 3 a.m by the moon's position.

"I think this is going to be a sleepless night for me," I muttered.

"Well then, I guess I might as well spend this time studying the books I took from the Chamber of Secrets," I said, wanting to take my mind off my dream, using wandless magic to summon one of the books I had left out of my suitcase to study some time ago.

"Spending all night reading and studying" I huffed, "I'm definitely a Ravenclaw"

-A few days later – Friday-

"Dear, an owl just delivered a letter addressed to you" my mother said coming up to me with a letter in her hand, while I read a book of runes on the sofa in the living room.

"It's probably from one of my friends," I said, picking up the letter my mother handed me.

And just as I said, the letter was from Anthony, and opening it I read its contents.

"Hmm, Anthony said he's going to buy his supplies at Diagon Alley tomorrow and he's inviting all of our friends to shop together," I said to my mom.

"You go?" she asked me, sitting next to me, "I know you already bought your materials, but I'm sure you miss your friends"

"Mom, I saw them a few weeks ago, and I've spent almost a whole year in their company" I said, rolling my eyes humorously, "But yeah, I think I'll join them"

"Well then, why don't you invite them on a tour of our world? I know most of your friends have never set foot in the Muggle world, and I think you'll have fun doing it" she said with a smile, ruffling my hair affectionately.

"Actually that's a good idea" I said after thinking for a bit, "But I probably have to warn them first since I can't let them go to the muggle world wearing their normal wizard clothes"

"Oh, it's probably not that bad"

"It's not, but I don't trust them not to dress as stupidly as possible just for fun. Sometimes I think I'm the only student with common sense in that school" I sighed.

"Uhm" my mom said unconvinced, looking at me with a look that said 'Neither you nor I believe this'.

And with that look of hers I just looked at her with a frown, feeling slightly offended.

'I have common sense' I thought defensively, and if anyone who knew me heard this, they would be in doubt as to whether they should laugh at me or hit me.

End.
