"Remember, Shadow Attack comes down to the basic form of your attack.
If you attack with your fist for example, you need to not only form a fist with your hands, but the Shadow Energy needs to be apart of your fist.
When you use Shadow Movement, it's means you've spread the Shadow Energy through your legs, but to use Shadow Sprint, you need to spread it throughout your legs, but focus a dense amount near your feet for you to active the skill."
Kage showed Ben Shadow Attack by hitting the air in the training ground.
The attack carried enough force to carry wind behind it to stir up the ground, but it left no sound, either when Kages fist swung through the air or as the Shadow Energy came off his fist.
.
"So, when you punch at the air, you're sending out the Shadow Energy?" Ben asked, closely watching Kages Shadow Attacks.
"Exactly.
The same can be said when your Shadow Sprinting, your energy is actually being used and sent out into the world as it burns to give you power.
