Chapter 9 - Andrea Esteban

"I'm back with Rudolph" the statement dropped like a huge bomb.

"What?!" Gina asked in disbelief.

Her statement left her father speechless.

"He doesn't love you enough to have a child with you and now you're here to tell us that you're back with him?"

He asked with a stern look on his face. "How did I manage to give birth to such a dumb child?" he said in his mind. He was going to hear her out before venting out all he had bottled in over the years. After all, he hadn't seen her in years. He didn't want to start the reunion with a fight.

a year ago Rudolph had been shot and a bone marrow transplant was needed to save him. His father had spared all resources to look for Amy as he knew his son had been careless enough to get a girl pregnant, despite knowing that the daughter of the leader of the drug cartel had a soft spot for him.

His father had decided that he was going to marry Stephanie. He didn't mind also. Stephanie was a very beautiful young woman 5 ft 11 she had slender long legs. With dark blonde hair with brown eyes.

The first time Stephanie had seen Rudolph was when his father had sent him to deliver some intel on the new shipment coming to the city. He had paid a visit to Walker's mansion.

He drove a black Toyota Camry into the estate where Walker's mansion was situated.

"I'm here to see Mr Andrea," he said in his cold tone. The bodyguard quickly sent a message to the Butler via a voice transmitter.

He slightly nodded his head and showed him into the mansion

Mr Andrea was having lunch with his daughter Stephanie who just got back from college.

"Good day sir, he greeted bowing his head slightly.

Stephanie had been engrossed in her spaghetti. She loved the new chef. She made the most delicious meals and she never failed to tell her every day how much she enjoyed her meals.

The voice of Rudolph drew her attention away from the spaghetti. She gazed at Rudolph for about a minute. She could make out the muscles beneath his shirt.

"How are you Rudolph," he said with a crooked smile.

"I'm good sir"

"Have a seat, your father sent you eh?" He said pointing to the dark dining chair opposite Stephanie.

"Thank you, sir." He said without a hint of expression on his face. His masculinity had Stephanie crushing on him. He gave off a dangerous vibe that got Stephanie falling head over heels for him.

Rudolph stammered.

"It's okay, my daughter understands how the business runs. He was initially sceptical about speaking up in front of Stephanie till Mr Andrea had clarified things with him.

Stephanie knew about the business although she wasn't in too deep.

The products on the east coast are experiencing some difficulties coming into the city. The coast officer has been changed and he is quite unwilling to compromise his standards.

"Everyone has a price"

"This one doesn't"

"He's straight"

"What do we have on him? "

Officer Dwayne Henson, Rudolph said dropping the file on the table.

Even lunch couldn't stop work.

He was recently transferred to the borders he is a high ranking officer known for being honest and upright.

He has a family of three, a daughter and a wife. They live in city A.

Okay, I'll have someone look him up. "Everyone has a price" he repeated.

Mr Andrea poured him a glass of wine

" drink with me" Rudolph raised his glass and gulped it all down.

"I have to leave now sir," he said respectfully as he drew his chair backwards. He stood up and turned to leave. After pushing the chair back. He was curious about the young lady but he dared not bat an eye on her. He wasn't sure who she was. And besides, he had someone.

"Rudolph, pardon my manners, meet my daughter Stephanie."

Stephanie stood up slowly from her chair as he stretched out his hands to shake hers.

He slowly bent down to slightly peck her hands.

"I'm honoured to meet you miss," he said looking into her eyes. Her eyes were something she possessed that could make any man go crazy about her.

"The pleasure is all mine," she said in a soft tone.

"Alright, I'll get going now." He said as he walked out.

The image of the damsel he had just seen made an imprint on his mind.

His father Mr Esteban was the second in command of the black fox drug cartel in the city B. Mr Andrea Walker was in charge of all the activities in City B. The headquarters was at City A in Preston which was headed by the big boss, Mr Brown.

He drove back to their home at Ravensburg they had a 4 bedroom duplex about 45ft tall

"Father, I'm back."

His father was a Ruthless man feared in Ravensburg. Everything was business to him.

He had sent Rudolph there on purpose, he wanted Rudolph to meet Stephanie, he knew a marriage alliance with Walkers will increase his family status.

Did you meet with Mr Walker's daughter Stephanie? He knew his father sucked a black-bellied man.

"Yes, I did," he said with a sigh rolling his eyes to the side.

"What do you think?" He said with a wink

Rudolph chuckled slightly

"Not bad" she's cute.

" But...."

"No Buts you need to make it work and stop messing around with that college brat"

"You know about her?"

"Of course, my little birds give me all the information I need."

"I love her father"

Keep shut he said sternly raising his voice, you have no idea what love is. My word is final.

"Yes father"
