Hunter's POV
"Hunter, it is already late; visiting hour is over. You can visit your father tomorrow morning." Cal said as we drove away from the Divenson mansion.
"I can't visit dad, tomorrow, Cal, because I already asked help from one of my friends from the coast guard. We will ride in their chopper tomorrow morning since I couldn't wait to see Madeline." I replied.
"Of course, I know, son, you are eager to meet your wife." He responded, and I looked at the rearview mirror, and I couldn't stop myself from smiling as I realized my sister was with us. Charlotte was sitting at the back of my car, and she remained silent, and I can't deny that I felt so happy that, at last, my sister finally came to her senses. I never expected Charlotte to apologize to me, and it was the first time I saw my sister cried, and look so vulnerable.
