Chapter 31 - Poem 25- Lonely

I was once filled with dignity and grace

Yet its tears that fill this face

My truth is shown on the mirror

I was never meant to be the hero

My pitable state is worth the sympathy

But this is what I did to me

I woke up to the reality you showed me

With the misery and pain before me

The warmth on the bed is leaving slowly

Please don't leave me, I will be lonely

I believe my life is a winter night play

The dramas are just the same

Please don't leave me I will do what you say

If you leave I will never be the same

Please don't leave, I will be so lonely

Please don't leave that was the old me

Put a collar on my neck and own me

And come back to me slowly

Please don't let me down

The sadness won't let me out

A non-fiction is what my life is all about

All I can do is to kneel and let it out

I woke up to the reality that your not before me

I am going insane, ever so slowly

I don't even know me

You have left and now misery knows me

It's cold, desolate and lonely.
