Freya raised her head and looked at Abigail. "Do you need something?"
Abigail paused awkwardly before she finally said, "Nothing. It's already winter, so the sky turns dark earlier. It's not safe to go home late."
Freya contemplated briefly. She was puzzled, but she smiled at Abigail. "Thanks. I'll be done soon."
"In that case, I'm leaving first."
"See you."
Freya continued working after saying goodbye.
Abigail continued to stay at the sales department for a little longer. Since Freya had no intention of leaving, she took her bag and left.
Abigail did not leave right away. Instead, she took the lift and went upstairs.
Abigail saw the light in the CEO's office was on, so she walked over.
When Abigail knocked on the door, the man raised his head from his laptop. The moment he saw it was Abigail at the door, he frowned slightly. "Why are you still here?"
