Freya said nothing. She simply smiled at Ashley. "Forget it. I would rather spend time cultivating our relationship."
Ashley burst out laughing.
She said, "Do you think I'm dumb? I know you are still thinking about the man who left a mark on your chest."
Freya did not quite understand what Ashley meant and asked, "What do you mean?"
Ashley turned to glance at her before she smiled and said, "You have a scar on your chest. It has been over three years, but that man has never appeared. You aren't even sure if he is the man you keep thinking of. It's really time to let it go."
"Who says I'm not sure? We exchanged a token to prove it!"
"Are you talking about the drawing you did when you were five years old?"
Freya blushed. "Stop talking about it."
