After all, an artifact capable of doing something like that was definitely at the peak among Transcendent Grade Artifacts. Possibly even surpassing it.
In turn, it also made him a bit confused as to why none of the other demonic cultivators had made a move to try and seize this powerful artifact given that they clearly knew about its existence and power.
The only reason he could think of behind them not doing something like that was that there was a more powerful demonic cultivator behind the one carrying around the artifact, though, the strength of the one carrying around the artifact should also be strong.
