The three of them made it to their class, but they were surprised to notice that Professor Snape isn't there yet, so they just took their regular seats and the trio bullies walked in and had a great omen that something mischievous or at least, something is definitely going to happen and nothing good, that's for sure. The odd thing is that Professor Snape still hadn't shown up after twenty minutes had gone by. Meanwhile, in Professor Dumbledor's office, "Severus, I know that you are trying to protect Lily from anguish of the truth of what really happened that night, but you MUST remove the charm you cast of what went on that night of her parents' deaths. It's time she knew the truth." Snape was in tears for he knew what was to come from this and what it would mean to Lily from his childhood, Lily Potter, leading up to her death as well. "But, if I do, then she'll never stop hearing her own mother's agonizing screams from her torture that was inflected by Peter Pettigrew and killed shortly after by Bellatrix Lestrange from her ever-growing impatience." Dumbledore looked at Snape with deep disappointment in his eyes, "So, you'd rather have her live out a lie than what actually happened to both of her parents and the sacrifices they did and made just to keep her and the Potter's, especially their son, safe and alive? You would rather have their sacrifices be in vain rather than live on?" "What difference does it make? The Dark Lord is gone." "No Severus, he will return, in time, don't know how or when, but he will return. The boy needs all the help he can get especially when that time comes." Snape was taken back by his words and agreed to remove the charm off of Lily and left the Headmaster's office after their conversation had come to a close and got back to his classroom. A lot of students jolted and jumped when Professor Snape entered the room so suddenly, but most of them noticed something was off with him, however, they didn't say anything about it. "Today, you'll be making 'Herbicide' you'll find it in your books, begin." He went silent after that, unfortunately, once again, most of the students don't remember or never learned this potion, let alone the ingredients for it. Lily sighed softly for she already knew what was going to happen to her once class ended, for she remembered what happened last time she completed the first potion that they had to make and the outcome of it all, however, she went along with it anyways. For she wasn't going to let anyone stop her for being her, so she started making the potion. First, she added four Lionfish spines to the mortar, crushed them into a rough powder substance, added two measurements of Standard Ingredient to the mortar, and crushed it into a rough powder. Next, she added three measures of the crushed mixture into the cauldron, waved her wand, and left it to brew, returning to it in forty-five minutes. With it brewing, she added two measures of Horklump juice to the cauldron, heated it on a medium temperature for a total of ten seconds, added two blobs of Flobberworm Mucus to the cauldron while it is still on medium heat, stirred it four times, clockwise, and finally waved her wand to complete the potion. Snape slowly got up from his desk and made his way to Lily, but now he is standing in front of her, "Outstanding, again, Ms. Snow. But, I would like you to stay behind after class." He went back to his desk after saying that with a hard flap of his cape from his sharp turn. Next thing everyone knew was that class was over and everyone, but Lily left, and the twins were waiting for her outside the classroom. Suddenly, he used his wand to close the door that followed with a loud and echoing slam so no one would be nosy and see what is going to happen next, Lily's head was turned to the door, he took this opportunity to undo the charm on her while she isn't looking at him, otherwise, he wouldn't be able to do it if she had been looking straight at him. First, he casted Imperturbable on the door so people won't hear what happens in the room, then pointed his wand at her, and took off the charm on her. She is looking through a crack of a door, Peter Pettigrew has his wand drawn and she is trying with all her might to keep quiet and not breathing too loudly. "Where are the Potters, Norissa?!" Peter Pettigrew shouted then, a sinister woman came into Lily's view and the woman spoke, "WHERE ARE THEY, FILTHY MUGGLE?!" She shouted while pacing back and forth, blocking Lily's view of her mother standing her ground, not budging an inch even with the woman suddenly shouting so suddenly, "MY PATIENCE IS GROWING THINNER BY THE SECOND!" Then Norissa, Lily's mother, looked at the two of them with what can only be described as a fiery look in her eyes, "Wormy," Norissa said still with her soft and gentle voice as she usually did with such close friends, "what will you get out of this?" "He will get to keep all of his limbs and life serving the Dark Lord." The woman hissed before Wormtail, Peter Pettigrew, his nickname, could say anything. "Hate to disappoint you two, but, I don't know where they have hidden, even if I did, I wouldn't tell you." "LIAR! CRUCIO!" The woman yelled on top of her lungs and suddenly, Norissa laid on the ground, shaking as if she was going into shock, and SCREAMING in agonizing pain. "YOU READY TO TELL THE TRUTH MUGGLE?!" The woman asked in an annoyed and LOUD tone then Wormtail went to the woman's side, "Bellatrix, what if she is telling the truth, but you are refusing to accept it?" Bellatrix pulled out a knife and pointed it at Wormtail, which caused him to step back a little, "For both your sakes, that better NOT be the case. Now, think Wormtail, is there anything that she could not be telling us?" she asked, swaying the knife back and forth, tempted to cut something off of Wormtail, or just going ahead and killing him right on the spot. "OH! I know, we could use her own daughter as leverage against her, maybe that'll loosen her tongue a bit." Bellatrix's eyes GLEAMED with the thought of torturing Norissa in this fashion, "But, unfortunately, she's out of town on a camping trip with a friend of hers." Norissa wrote about that in a letter and it was supposed to go to her dad, but Wormtail apparently got to it first, so her dad never got it. Though, Norissa knew that something like that was wrong when she received word from Lily Potter that they had to go into hiding because there was a traitor among their ranks, but it did tell where they were, however, the letter did contain their whereabouts, although, Lily Potter casted an Obliviate charm on that passage, to whomever read the letter to keep their location a true secret and keep themselves as well as do what they could to keep the Snows safe. So, Norissa is actually telling the truth, Bellatrix cut Wormtail's left ring finger clean off and he screamed from the pain, "WORTHLESS RAT! HOW WOULD THAT BE USEFUL IF SHE ISN'T EVEN HERE FOR ME TO TORTURE AND PLAY WITH THIS PATHETIC MUGGLE?!" She growled and then looked at Norissa, "Well, since you aren't going to be of any use to me then you'll be more useful, DEAD! AVADA KEDAVRA!" A bright green flash of light was created, which blinded Lily in hiding for a moment, Lily cupped her mouth so they wouldn't hear her and so she wouldn't scream, and she could no longer hear her mother's painful scream, tears wallowed up in her eyes, but not going down her cheeks. "Come Wormtail, we're finished here." Bellatrix said walking to the door and Wormtail followed, carrying his finger with him, the footsteps disappeared, and it was eerily silent. Lily opened the door from her hiding spot a bit just enough to poke her head to make sure they were actually gone, and they were gone, vanished, without a trace. Lily fully came out of hiding and cautiously walked to her now dead mother, knelt down next to her, softly sniffling, gently holding her in her arms, then it started to pour outside, as if the weather was mourning with Lily. Lily screamed with all her might as she was holding her mother tightly while crying, then suddenly, the lights flickered a little, Lily paid no mind to them for she figured it was due to the heavy storm. She looked out the window and saw her dad coming home from work, but she could see another man, he said something to make her dad turn to look at him, unfortunately, she couldn't see the man fully, just that he was fairly tall, and had long blonde hair, there was another bright green flash that was timed with a VERY bright lightning bolt, the mysterious man disappeared, leaving her father laying on the cold ground in the storm. She placed her mother back on the floor and gently kissed her cold forehead before bolting out to her dad and into the harsh and frightful storm. The storm had become worse where lightning, thunder, and the wind had increased, to the point that the rain was pouring so hard that it became impossibly difficult to see anything, and the wind blew intensely that felt like a tornado or hurricane was coming. But, Lily was finally able to find her dead father, she didn't want to leave him out in this dreadful weather, unfortunately, his body was FAR too heavy for her to move. Then, she could hear a voice calling out from a great distance from where she knelt, when the voice came clearer and actually able to be heard, Aunt Nora. Without hesitating she ran to her dear aunt once she was in view and embraced her super tightly with what's left of her strength, "Lily, what's happened? What are you doing out here in this storm? More importantly, where are Norissa and Rohnan?" Lily couldn't answer Nora's questions for her throat was incredibly raw from all of her screaming and could only point in the direction she came from, Nora never let Lily go so she could lean against her for physical support as she guided her niece back to the house. Nora can now see her brother-in-law laying on the grass facing up to the sky, his eyes were wide and blank, all the life in his eyes is completely gone, two tears are going down towards the ground , and Nora screamed as much as Lily did when she was holding her mother, however not as much as Lily did. Then Nora looked at Lily but couldn't bear to ask her next question, but suddenly, Lily started to slowly make her aunt go into the house where the front door was swung open, without needing to go officially in the house, there, in front of the fireplace, in the living room, was Norissa, lying face up towards the ceiling, Nora tightly hugged Lily and they turned away, making their way to Nora's house, but once they were a great distance away from Lily's home, a street light lost balance from the powerful winds, causing to have sparks flying from the wires breaking away from one another, following as it fell onto the house making the roof and most of the house to collapse under it, and setting the building ablaze, to the point that only the outer part of the house remained. So, not only did Lily just lost both of her parents, but her actual home where she was growing up in, Lily's strength finally, fully gave out, and she collapsed in her aunt's arms.
