On the road.
Inside the moving car.
Debra kept glancing at Jake. "Why are you so handsome?" she asked.
"Why are you so pretty?" Jake asked her instead.
Debra giggled, and Jake chuckled.
"Sometimes, I love going on a joyride in the countryside like this. You got to see the mountains, the towering trees, the lush vegetation, and the village people's simple way of living. Trips like this make us closer to mother nature. It's teaching us how to appreciate the beauty of our planet," Debra commented casually.
"Indeed!" Jake replied and smiled.
Half an hour later.
Debra pointed to the convenience store a few meters ahead. "Can you please stop at the store ahead? I'm feeling thirsty. I need to buy something to quench my thirst," she requested.
"Sure!" Jake responded and parked the car near the store. He gave money to Debra.
"No thanks. I have my own money," Debra opened the door and exited. She entered the convenience store.
