Seven days later.
Wednesday morning.
Debra was finally discharged from the hospital.
She's packing her clothes and folding them neatly inside the bag.
"You need any help?" Allan asked.
"No, thanks!" Debra replied.
"Thank God! I can finally report to my work starting tomorrow! I miss my work so much!" Allan said excitedly.
"Me too!" Debra said, her brother's excitement rubbed on her.
After she finished packing her things, they sat on the couch and waited for the hospital discharge letter from the doctor so that they can settle the bill and finally given a go signal to leave the hospital.
Debra's wound has been healing nicely, and she can no longer feel any pain in the area where she was stabbed. She looked at her brother. "Bro, what's the latest news regarding the police hunt for the attacker who stabs me on the street?" she inquired.
