As the snake's giant tail fell onto him, Marlin closed his eyes accepting his fate.
"Meri..." He thought. "Just escape... get out of this place...I'm glad that I got to spend my final nights with you, I know I have been an asshole at times, but deep down... FUCK!" Marlin thought. "I never told you... deep down how I really..."

In his private room Marlin was alone meditating on his thoughts. Laid out on his bed, he thought about the battles he would face the next day.
"Prince..." He thought. "Will your plan really work?"

The door to his room slammed open as Meri ran into the room with a trail of tears in her eyes.
"What's wro-"
Before he could finish his sentence, she was on top of him kissing him obsessively through her veil of tears.
"Hey, hey" Marlin said somberly "What's gotten into you?"
