Cheers erupted from the surrounding onlookers, gasping in awe as Kuroyami lay on the ground defeated. The prism of light and darkness that bound Amaterasu slowly fell apart as she retracted to her summoning.
"I have lost," Amaterasu said. "And now it seems Japan will fall to the Westerners."
"Do not be fooled by Kuroyami," Lei said to the spirit. "Things are not what they seemed. Look around as various people from various nations have come together. We've done this to defeat evil, not to take over Japan."
Amaterasu looked upon the various people gathering—Nala from Japan, Lei from China, and the Frenchman who had joined them—and let out a sigh of relief.
"This proves that although the gods are immortal, those who control them are not" Lei declared
"I would not be so sure" Amateratsu said. "please make haste with your victory, if this man is truly evil, his evil has not faded just yet."
