Alessandro's POV
Isabella's eyes flare and I can see that she wants to dive over the table just to wring my neck or at least force me to say it all at once.
But I don't like being rushed.
" Calm down, I'm telling you what you need to know so I don't get unnecessary questions later. "
I stand up and throw the melted ice cream in the trashcan next to us.
She huffs and I can see that her face has turned slightly red. But she stands up to follow me.
How am I going to work with her? She has no patience.
We walk along the sidewalk, cool breeze blowing past us and the smell of street food calling us to have a taste but that is not why we are here.
