Here's what happened last time on Licensed To Kill.
Madison is sitting in her office doing work. She gets a visit from the Attorney General called Mike. He tells Madison that he will be investigating her for unethical behavior. He gives Madison three choices to choose from, each with its pros and cons. He gives her till next week to make her choice. Madison finds out about the limousine driver. She takes the dress and gets ready for the date. He drops her at the pier, and Marks proposes, and Madison says yes.
TOM POV
The crowd is cheering and celebrating with us as she says yes. As I look at Madison, I see the tears streaming down her face while she tries to cover her mouth to hide the fact that she is crying. I take out the ring and put it on her finger, and it fits perfectly. I stand up and hug her. While we are hugging, I pick her up and hold her in the air. The crowd chants;
"Kiss, kiss, kiss."
