"Hold on for a minute… aren't faeys not allowed to kill any other faey outside of ritual battle?" Red asked, baffled by the paradoxically contradicting methods Marishka had offered as solutions.
"Well, I am relieved that you remember such a rule from the Faey Codex, halfling queen candidate, you aren't as dumb as you look." Marishka noted. "But don't worry, we can always rule the case out as a medical mishap."
'What the actual fuck?!' Red silently cursed in her head.
Red fought the urge to ask but Marishka was testing her, and being sarcastic and sassy as well. Red crossed her arms and watched the pixie do her job instead.
