"Ari, I can explain. This isn't what you think it is." Red pleaded.
"It is what you think it is." Archer interrupted. "I was beside her to keep her company in her sleep last night."
Red glared at Archer and she felt herself fume in embarrassment.
"Is it true, Red?" asked her faey warrior.
His tone was the usual kind Ari, but Red felt he was more suspicious than what he shows.
The sky above her bed began to brighten up to a clear sunny day of azure and fluffy white clouds. The moon and stars had completed their exodus to the other side of the Faey Kingdom and only the sun prevailed at the moment.
She didn't like the idea that Ari would misunderstand what he saw in here. Then again, it wasn't as if she hadn't allowed the younger brother to lie and sleep beside her.
Partly, she was also one to blame if Ari misunderstood this.
