Red had the Faey Queen's outstretched hand in hers. She held on to Queen Tiana tightly, and listened intently to every word she uttered. They didn't know the extent of her wounds, but she looked and sounded like it was pretty severe.
"Yes?" Red answered, her hand began to sweat and the Faey Queen turned to her voice.
"You are brave, and you will play a very big role in this new chapter of the Faey Kingdom. You will be the one in my visions, and the prophecies of those who see into the future."
Red took note of how Queen Tiana's breathing was becoming more unstable as each word was spoken. She was struggling to keep up with what she was going to say.
And she was struggling to hold on, her hand gripping tight on Red as if it was the last thing she would do.
"However," Queen Tiana paused. The tension was getting heavier in the air just as heavy it was for her breathing, "you aren't the one for the crown, Red."
