"I… I actually saw the Faey Kingdom." Red finally said after a few more seconds of thinking. She had almost forgotten the vision had Ari not ask her about it.
"What was it about?" the elfen asked her.
Red averted her eyes from Ari and then bowed down her head as she stared at her feet. "Queen Tiana is dead, Ari. The Darkling has risen without our knowing."
Red had thought that Ari would have reacted with her revelation, but then the elfen warrior only sighed and she could hear the disappointment in his voice.
"You seem to have wanted to hear something else." Red noted.
Ari fiddled with a lock of Red's hair and he answered her with great heaviness in his heart, "I wished you would have seen Archer."
Red's eyes couldn't hold back anymore. She was trying to be brave just as Ari had been doing, holding back his tears so that Red wouldn't feel too bad for Archer.
