The ground has literally switched places with the skies. The faeys were momentarily disconcerted with the sudden switch, except perhaps for the lieutenant commander who was still angrily staring at the daemon inside his glass card.
"Spill, daemon! Or I will grant you eternal rest, you won't even need to fear the wrath of your dear Darkling." Zey growled at the daemon.
His hands were literally beginning to melt as the greater daemon's blood glazed his hand.
"Lieutenant Commander! Are you a masochist? Do you have a fetish for pain? Your hand!" Ari tried to remind the light faey of his hand's condition.
The light faey chuckled and only winked at the elfen warrior.
"Dear spirits, this militia warrior is one tough nut." Ari muttered under his breath. "Red, are you alright? Can you hold on for a bit longer?"
