All eyes were on Lexus, Ari, and most of all Red. The Faey Courts and the other queen candidates with their warriors were lined up directly in front of the throne. To the left there was Kleister and Archer with Sir Arthur in a golden leash in his arms.
Archer had been worried sick when he had heard news of the candidates and warriors missing. Rumor was that they were probably teleported somewhere the herald's reach couldn't find them.
They spent almost an hour waiting for the Faey Courts to find the lost candidates and warriors and it was a relief that one by one they were able to return unscathed.
However, Red and Ari were nowhere to be found.
When Lexus barged in the throne room with a bang and he saw them behind the Faey Court, he immediately switched to a nonchalant face as he met Red's eyes for the briefest of a second.
