It just materialized out of nowhere and then vanished into thin air the next second! Red's eyes popped out in bafflement but no voice had escaped her mouth.
Red was too shocked to even let out a scream and she could only wait it out to see if the apparition would happen again.
Thankfully, the weird pig didn't show up and Red ruled it out perhaps a hallucination from her tired and confused brain. Red closed her eyes and sighed heavily.
She tried to pull herself together by slapping her cheeks and then she opened her eyes to look out for the alicornuss yet again.
Suddenly, it dawned on Red that she actually wasn't sure what she was supposed to watch out for. What did the alicornuss look like anyway?
Should she ask Ari now?
She gave him a quick peek from the corner of her eyes and she saw he was actually observing Red. She quickly turned her eyes away and prayed that she didn't look too stupid by doing so.
