The calm in Archer vanished the very second Lady Mhyrra had spoken to him. She didn't even need to use threatening words but the coldness and sheer power in her voice made him open his eyes immediately.
The rainbow haired Faey Court's serious eyes stared at him and he instinctively backed off.
"You will come to the Faey Courts' assembly and answer our questions. You cannot lie, you are bound by the Faey Codex." she pulled Archer by the collar quite forcefully and Archer sat up in his bed.
She was smaller than him, a bit the size of Red with her petite arms but she was fucking strong to have pulled someone twice her size and height!
"Palace guards, inform the head healer to get rid of these good-for-nothing gossiping faeys! The Glass Citadel can't afford to have mediocre faeys serving the queen." she instructed with a strong hint of disdain in her voice.
