Our lips were just few centimeters apart. He then pushed his lips on mine and then reverted back.
"What the fuck is this?" I looked at him his face was red with embarrassment. He was not looking me in the eyes.
I held his hand and with a smile I said "General, look at me why are you holding back?"
"I just thought maybe we should not go all the way, we just met today. I think we should get know each other more." He said with the most innocent face. I wonder how he can kill people when he is so naive.
"okay, but don't you think that I at least deserve a proper kiss. You yourself said that we shouldn't waste tonight."
He listened to me with the most curious face. when I ended he came close to me and and embraced me for few second. And then lifted me.
"You are heavy." Suddenly the mood got changed.
"No I am not."
Then he carefully placed me on the bed. And lay beside me.
For a moment we both stared the ceiling because we didn't have courage to look at each other.
"Just forget what I said before". Saying this he came on top of me and held my face with his strong but warm hands.
My heart start shaking inside and my head sank deeper in the bedding.
Then placed his lip on mine, kissing them. It was a long, soft and warm one.
Then he got up staring right in my eyes, he smiled lightly and said "you are beautiful".
He then placed his hand on wrist and moved me on top then hugged me tightly. And placed the blanket over "you should rest".
I thought why is he being so sweet suddenly.
"why did you stopped earlier when you kissed me?" I asked.
"I got nervous." he replied.
"Oh my God the great general also got nervous." I laughed.
"I am also human I can get nervous that have nothing to do with my job".
"okk I got it."
"If you got nervous before what happened afterwards".
"I thought it's stupid to waste a night when I am with my beautiful wife. Now
sleep."
"Good night".
"Good night". He replied and tighten the grip.
