Finally, Prometheus left the podium, for the last session of the announcements. Davis ascended the podium, and silenced the students.
" Sorry to keep you all really really waiting after the event has ended, but it is of utmost importance that this last thing is announced. It will help you all later" Davis said.
" I just hope he doesn't want to punish those that did not make the rankings" a boy in the crowd said.
Although hearing the boy, Davis ignored him and continued with his speech. " While you all ran to get crystals, we were watching you all, that's when we noticed something. Although there were still some best amongst the teams, they were also equal mistakes made by you all. This was what caused many of you to lose crystals" Davis said.
Davis paused for a brief second and turned around. He retrieved a paperwork from the officer standing behind him.
" Out utmost goal for raising these mistakes for you to see is so that you could improve, and your lessons will focus firstly on making sure you correct all your mistakes" Davis said.
" Did we really make mistakes in the event? " Jason thought " I thought I was perfect".
" Firstly, the wrong motive. The main aim of the event was to get crystals to attain your points. Some of you thought it as a game to be played making you un serious in getting crystals. Others thought it as an avenue to take it out on the enemies they made here in this academy. While some of you saw it as an avenue also to show your theft skills, with main aim to make people lose points. The wrong motive was the major mistake you all made" Davis said.
With Davis speaking, the hall fell silent as they began to contemplate in what Davis said. Yes, they really suffered from the wrong motive towards the event.
" The next mistake some of you fell into, this time not all of you was lack of listening. We made a talk before the event began, and in the talk, were important clues. But sad to say, many of you missed out because you were not listening. Could you imagine that a team fell to a prank where a cloned me told them the event was over, and they fell. It was clearly stated during the preceded talk that it was a two day event" Davis continued speaking.
The students burst into laughter at the mention of this, while the team at which this was directed to hung their heads in shame.
" Some teams also did this, it's not only one team." Davis said.
" The last major mistakes you all made generally is the mistake of doing it according to your own ways. It may have yielded results, but it wasn't the main goal. We wanted you to stretch your mind, move around, follow clues so that in real situations, you could easily locate what you need from what you see" Davis said.
At this junction, Jason realized that Davis was talking to him. " Well, maybe I'll do just that next time" Jason thought.
" I'm not saying your actions didn't amaze me, but I'm saying that you just need to realize the objectives and follow it" Davis added. " Dismissed" his voice resounded in the hall.
The students began to file out roughly while Jason headed towards academy's salon to have a quick change of look.
" You really want to die" JUDAIS said.
" Oh, you've finally decided to come out of your shell. Sometimes I do wonder whether you have somewhere you are going to. Besides, why did you make that statement" Jason questioned JUDAIS.
" You are supposed to be keeping a very low profile so as not to attract undue attention to yourself" JUDAIS said.
" You think I am like other people that when they have a strange power, they begin to hide it. I can hide my powers, but I'm not going to keep a very low profile. And you call that undue attention? " Jason replied JUDAIS.
" Yes. You are still very young, who knows how many people have already begun to suspect you and keeping a low profile is mature" JUDAIS said.
Jason stopped in his tracks on hearing this " People are already suspecting me?" Jason asked.
" Yes, what do you want people to think if they investigated and found out that it was in a blink of the eye you became this good. And trust me, it won't be hard for people to place the odd pieces together once you are investigated" JUDAIS said.
" Okay, what if I am investigated?" Jason asked.
" They would realize that you are Judais, and you are not going to be spared. You will be killed" JUDAIS said.
" Oh oh" Jason said panicking, " What should I do?" he then asked.
" Kill the investigators once you find them" JUDAIS replied.
" I don't enjoy killing people" Jason said " Any other way?" he asked.
" No other way..... unless you turn them, and it is not 100% good. You brought this upon yourself, just hope you haven't been investigated" JUDAIS replied Jason.
Jason after calming down headed to the salon to have a change of look because he managed to overhear the girl talking about his hair.
In a minute, his hairstyle was decided as the barber began to do his work.
" You look good..." Rosey said from behind when Jason was done. He had his hair plaited into a tight dreadlock totally eradicating the blue colour from the sides of his hair. The dreadlock was tightly woven on the centre of his head going down to his neck red in colour. The hairs on the sides of his head were completely barbed off, leaving only small hairs, and this was dyed to complete black.
His eyebrows were tainted a bit red to match his hair, same with his eye balls.
" ..... and weird also" Rosey concluded.
" Thanks, the weird part doesn't matter. Would you like to train with me again? " Jason asked.
" You just want to bully me since you are now stronger" Rosey replied.
" I'll go easy on you" Jason replied smirking.
