Sam set himself in a fighting position, and ran towards Nathan. He was already executing his ability, so his speed was so incredible. In a flash, he was right before Nathan, and at that moment threw a punch.
" Damn" Nathan cursed as the punch but him squarely in his face before he could even blink. Stabilising himself up, he threw fire swipes at Sam.
This was all in vain as Sam dodged each and everyone of the fire swipe thrown at him, and each time, he followed it up with a shot from his bow.
Sam himself didn't stop with one shot, he also released another shot in other to damage Nathan. Nathan was unable to do anything to stop the arrows from hitting him as they were coming at a speed he couldn't comprehend.
His only saving grace was the high level armour he wore on his body. This helped him to protect his vital parts.
Seeing himself in a tight spot, Nathan stretched forth his hands and formed a fire spear. The fire spear helped him to utilize the fire ability properly.
BOOM!!
The whole area around them exploded and erupted up in flames. This attack was of course executed by Nathan. Sam being in close proximity with Nathan suffered greatly from the blast.
Dusting himself from the ground, Sam got up and picked his bow up. After loading it, he released a shot towards Nathan who was also on the ground.
BLOCK
The unexpected happened. James who was on the same team as Sam formed a rock shield with his ability and protected Nathan. This gave Nathan enough time time to regain his strength and stand back up.
" What the hell are you doing James" Sam shouted shocked. James stopped the attack he would have used to defeat Nathan, and he was on his side.
To this, James just kept mute. At this time, Nathan had already regained his footing.
" Don't be surprised, you don't have a mind controller in your team" Nathan said laughing.
" Time to finish you off" he added.
The area began to rise in temperature, fire waves began to move towards Sam and his team in rapid succession.
Sam upon seeing this does towards the remaining members of his team carrying them to a safe location.
" I hate fire" Sam said annoyed.
" We'll have to fight them together, now that James mind is being controlled" Felix another member of their team said.
" Yes, let's do this for our crystals" the last member of the team, Morgen said.
" Nathan, I think you are progressing too much in the ability usage, we have to limit ourselves, or we may end up killing" Ethan said. Ethan was a member in Team We Rule.
" Yes, yes. I think that's the reason their ability looks so weak. They are limiting it to avoid murder. I'll do the same" Nathan thought.
Immediately after this, a flying rock was launched towards Nathan. To this, Nathan ducked to avoid the rock.
The attack didn't stop there, as more rocks were launched towards Nathan and his crew in rapid succession.
Taking shelter behind a large tree, Nathan informed his teammate on what to do, and just before that, he covered the area with flames dividing every one of the other team from each other.
ROAR.
A beast suddenly appeared from nowhere, said made its way to Morgen. Morgen overcome with fear ran away from the battlefield only to receive a large fire blast on his back unexpectedly. This caused him to go unconscious.
On the other side from where Sam was shooting his arrows, Morgen suddenly came towards him.
" They are planning on running away" Morgen said.
" That's great" Sam said dropping his bow and arrows.
" Argh" a huge rock landed squarely on his chest giving him no time to dodge it as it was unexpected.
And in Felix's side, Davis appeared and walked up to him.
" Event closed, good work on securing your crystals" Davis said.
" Really?" Felix asked
" Yes" Davis replied him, your team members are being taken care of, let's go" Davis added
" Phew" Felix breathed a sigh of relief. " That was hectic" he added.
Felix in the twinkle of an eye was picked up by the wind, and sent crashing into a tree sending him unconscious. His ability, super strength wasn't useful now, since he wasn't prepared for the attack.

" I am done with them all" Matty said. They weren't able to recognize my cloning. Matty a member in Team We Rule had the cloning transformation ability. It was different from morphing ability in the sense that morphing ability allowed you to turn to anything you wished to, but you retained your face and level of power.
With the morphing ability, if you morphed into someone if rank 8 ability, you could only express the person's ability with your own rank, thus making it weaker.
On the other hand, the cloning transformation allowed you to transform into anything with all the attributes of the person even his rank, as long as you were in the person cloned self. All required was a touch on the person. The person's face was even taken as well.
The ability had helped Matty to transform into a beast, Morgen and Davis since he had already had contact with these people before.
" Good job" Nathan said kicking James, Ethan had controlled his mind with his mind control ability, but he was useless to them now.
Just as they were about to pick the crystals up, someone picked them all up at once.
" Who the hell are you....." Nathan said
