In Jaliel's House

" I think we should be safe now" Jaliel said to his family. " Submitting might be hard, but it's better for the villagers. They deserve the right to live peacefully, and that's what would happen if we just surrendered" he added.
Despite this being said, the members of the family weren't still satisfied as a look of lack of satisfaction were on their faces.
" Although this has some benefits, we cannot remove the large disadvantages following it" Jael said.
" And what are those disadvantages if I may ask? " asked Jaliel.
" We all know that we cannot trust a man like Sir Philip. His character is just like a chameleon, he does whatever he wishes to do at anytime even if it means going back on his words" Jael answered Jaliel.
" That is very true, but what else could we do. You also know he is under the influence of The Thirteen as he is not allowed to make decisions on his own" Jaliel said.
" Whether or not we surrender, we are still doomed under the rulership of Sir Philip over the carribean, but surrendering just lessens the effect of all this" Jade added to the discussion.
Coming out of a room behind them was Heron. Sweeping his eyes over the people seated, he felt something amiss.
" Where is Jason?" he asked.
" We saw him leave the house a few hours ago, something was up with him" Jael answered referring to Both he and Jade.
" Yeah Jael, something is up with him" Jade said. " I have never seen him the way he was before" she added.
" Wherever he is, we should find him to make sure he is safe" Heron said.
" And why is that? " Jade asked eyeing him.
" Haven't you guys realized already?" Heron told them.
At the mention of that statement, everyone straightened up as they suddenly began to realize that something was really going on.
" What is it son?" Jaliel asked.
" The whole village has been taken over by Sir Philip's troops. Every where beginning from the main gate to the River end, everywhere is covered by guards" Heron said.
" But the strangest thing is that none of the villagers has been attacked yet which only means the they are planning something" Heron said finally.
" Does that mean Jason is in danger?" Marla who is the wife of Jaliel asked worried.
" That was why I asked you guys where Jason was, I suggest we look for him now" Heron said.
Just before they could stand up, three soldiers burst their door and made their way in.
" Who the hell are you guys" Jaliel asked the soldiers ready to attack them.
" Are you Jaliel the head of the council in this village" A soldier asked menacingly.
" Yes I am and what do you want?" Jaliel replied to his question throwing back a question.
" And are these your family members?" the soldier asked again totally disregarding Jaliel's question.
" Look here man if you are here to do something, get on with it and stop wasting our time" Jaliel retorted.
" So I guess that's a yes" The soldier said snorting. " We have been given orders to execute you and your family so that there will be no more rivalry to Sir Philip" The soldier said.
As shocked as the family was, they were still prepared to fight the soldiers.
" Receive your death willingly, or be forced to receive it painfully". The soldier said walking towards them with the other two.
Jade and Jael suddenly rushed towards the Soldiers, they were already trained, so in their eyes it wasn't a very hard thing to take these men down.
Jack and Heron just watched from the side of the room praying for everything to work out well for them.
Putting all they had into the fight, it seemed like Jade and Jael were getting the upper hand fighting two of the Soilders.
" It seems you really want to die" the soldiers shouted. Running towards Jael, he managed to cover a large distance in a few seconds and lashing out his sword, he intended to end Jael's life once and for all. Suddenly out of the blue, Jaliel arrived taking the stab for Jael and fell to the ground dead.
" No" Jael shouted rushing to end the soldier's life when he suddenly felt warm at his back. Looking back he saw Heron standing behind him with the sword which stabbed his back.
" Why..." Jael managed to utter.
" You guys could all have allowed the reign of Sir Philip to move smoothly, but your stiff headedness has killed you. I stand for Sir Philip to end every opposition to his rule over the carribean" Heron said
With the end of those words Jael died. Heron and the other Soilders walked towards the rest to finish them off.
CREAK!!!
The door suddenly opened and Diana walked inside.
" Ahh!!" she shouted looking at the bloody sight.
Heron turning to her said to the guards "end her too".

" Why don't you want to bury that body" asked one of the soldiers to Heron.
" My brother is going to suspect me when he finds out I did not die, when I show up claiming I wasn't around just like him, the last suspect would be Jack who hasn't been found, thus making it easier to execute my plan" Heron replied. " So hurry up with your work" he said once again before walking away.
