In the year 2020, Earth receives uninvited guests.
They come from a tear in the dimension, and nobody knows what, who, why, and how they came to earth. Their bodies are as huge as Elephants with an animal-like appearance and Crystal-like skin. And on their bodies exist a core that emits radiation waves and the only way to kill them is to either destroy their whole bodies or to destroy their cores. They first appear in The United Kingdom. Whenever they go they left a trail of blood. Man, woman, and child nobody is spared from their massacre. The Humans later called them The Voids.
Humans tried to fight back but with their Crystal-like skin, ordinary human weapons at that time weren't able to deal proper damage to them. With only one month of attacking, they succeeded in taking over the whole UK territories. Humanity realizes that this is a world-class threat and they all will be the next victim if they don't deal with this. So humans for the first time decided to unite together for fighting this invader from another dimension. Led by the council from superpower nations, the UNDF (United Nations Defence Front) is created.
Following the birth of UNDF, Humans are starting to search for ways on how to deal with this alien creature. Gold, Silver, Bronze, and Diamonds are tried but none can deal any significant damage to the creature Crystal's skin. Only Titanium is capable enough to do effective means of offense to the creature.
With the founding of titanium weapons, the first victory against the Voids is achieved by the Humans. This victory also led to humans discovering that the most effective weapon to fight the Voids is from the Voids themselves. We use their carcasses to make Crystal Bullets and Weapons. Studying their bodies also led us to have technological advancements that were stagnant before.
At the same time with the emergence of the dimension tears, New generation of humans is born. They have an Esper power. Every individual Esper has their own unique abilities. There abilities that can control steel like the villain from Y-men, and your vanilla superpower like superhuman strength, and many more awesome and enviable abilities!
"As for me? Sadly I'm not lucky enough to receive that blessing."
"Capt, you're already talking on your own for 5 minutes, what are you saying these things for?"
"Just ignore him, Jess, it's probably one of his tantrums on why he doesn't have any esper abilities."
"AND WHAT'S WRONG WITH COMPLAINING ALFRED OR SHOULD I SAY MR.PYROKINESIS, IF I HAVE A COOL ABILITY LIKE YOURS I WON'T BE HAVING THIS CONVERSATION IN THE FIRST PLACE. AND DON'T COMMENT ON THAT MS. TELEKINESIS, I'M STILL JEALOUS OF HOW YOU CAN GRAB A COLD BEER FROM THE FRIDGE WITHOUT EVEN HAVE TO MOVE FROM YOUR OWN COUCH."

"What's the use of able to shoot my enemies from 5km away when I have to search 15 minutes for my goddamn lighter only to realize I left it in a cafe somewhere whenever I want to smoke."

Walking through an old building in Berlin, Capt and his team are doing an investigation on the area because the radiation radar caught a strong enough signal to make the whole city evacuated. They are now in the Reich Chancellery that is suspected to be the source of radiation.
'human c.....e, sa... me' (???)
"what?"
"What?"
"Don't you guys hear that?"
"Hear what? The last sound I heard is your blabbering capt." (Jess)
"Yes capt, I don't hear anything either." (Alfred)
They explore the whole Reich Chancellery building from top to bottom for several hours but they still couldn't find anything. Decided that it's enough capt said
"Alright we've found nothing here, let's report back to base"
"You both head back first, I still want to search one more time."
"It will be dangerous capt, let me stay here with you, Jess you can go back to base, with your telekinesis you can fly past the street and reach there in about an hour. We'll catch up as soon as we're done." (Alfred)
"Alright, do that Jess"
"Yes sir!" (Jess)
Capt and Alfred went back to the building and start exploring again, Capt is actually still curious about the sound that he heard earlier and he wanted to find out what and where that sound came from.
After an hour of searching, they still couldn't find anything and decided to go back too. When they're ready to head back suddenly.
*beep* *beep* *beep*
The Void's radar is beeping.
"Alfred, go back to base at once and report back, tell them we spotted Voids, I'll be staying here to point their exact location and maybe kill 1 or 2."
"I'll stay with u capt, If it's only a squad I'm sure we could deal with them."(Alfred)
A void squad usually consists of 5 Voids.
"Okay, but don't engage them in close range, we'll be searching for their location first."
They head to the highest floor of Reich Chancellery building and Capt is preparing his electromagnetic gun and other devices to deal with the Voids. An electromagnetic gun is used to deal with the Voids because their penetrating power is more powerful than ordinary Gunpowder weapons. With the penetrating power and Crystal bullet, it will be easy to pierce through the Void's skin.
"From the signal, it looks like only one squad is coming, I'll be sniping them from here you stay back and don't come at them."
Using his radar and binocular, captain searched for the Voids, and after searching for a while he finally spotted a squad of Voids a few kilometers from the building and they are heading to the building.
Capt started to aim at the Voids. His target is a Void with 8 sharp legs like a spider. He calms his breathing, Set the shooting angle, and calculate the wind current, and after that
*BANG*
Capt shoots his gun and his bullet passes through walls and instantly went to the Void core and destroying it.
After destroying one Voids, he went after the other one. Without long his gun rang and 3 Voids are killed.
"Alright, there should be 2 left. Where are you hiding sweety"
"Wait Alfred, I only spotted 1 left, where is the other one?"
*BOOM*
The roof above them collapsed and from there come a Voids. Seeing this capt reflexly jumped backward and throw an EMP grenade to paralyze the Void movement.
"Go finish it, Alfred"
"Got it capt" (Alfred)
Alfred's heels started emitting fire and soon his whole legs are covered with them. With the Void still paralyzed, Alfred jumped to reach the Void head and somersault kick the core at the center of the Head and destroying it.
With that, there's only one left and Faust quickly handled it with his beloved gun.
"Alright I think that's enough action for today, let's report back to base"
"It's safe to use the comms because the Voids are eliminated, luckily we don't use them earlier, if we did my ambush won't be so successful."
"Report base, we encountered one Void squad and already dealt with them, please sent the retriever team to retrieve their carcasses. Over"
"We received, your report, thank you capt for your contribution, please soon head back for today and rest. Over"
After finished reporting to base, Alfred and Capt clear up their equipment and ready to head back to base, but when they're at the building's gate, the Voids radar starts beeping again.
"Good God, what did I do to be this unlucky"
"Maybe you need to start praying more capt" (Alfred)
Before they start to search for the Voids whereabout. From the sky came 2 squads of Voids surrounding them from the front and sides.
"Alfred there's no way we can deal with this much at this range, you go back first and ask for reinforcement, I will hold them here."
"No capt, I'll be here with you." (Alfred)
"No don't waste your time and hurry back, don't worry I don't plan to fight them all, I will stall them until the reinforcement arrived."
"But capt.." (Alfred)
"Alfred, this is an order."
"Yes sir...Be careful..."
Faust threw EMP grenades to paralyze the Voids movement and Alfred covered his whole body with fire to break through the Voids.
While the Voids are still paralyzed capt went back into the building and set up traps everywhere to reduce the number of Voids. Slowly capt succeeded in cutting their numbers down to 5 voids left. He wanted to continue this strategy but his empty bullet cartridge said nope.
With no options left, he hid in the Fuhrer bunker in the basement of Reich Chancellery. Risking the Voids knowing his location he uses the comms to report the base of his current situation, with how this is going he is only delaying his death. Because it's impossible to break through 5 voids with no ability and titanium knife.
*BOOM* *BOOM*
Not long after using the comms, The voids found out his location and started banging on the bunker door.
"Oh come on any god almighty, I promise I will be a devoted believer off your religion on whoever decided to save me."
*BOOM*
The study door of the bunker finally gave up under the pressure and collapsed.
"Whatever gods, I already know this praying thing cannot work at the last second."
Voids started entering the bunker, but because of the bunker corridor being small, their movements are limited and they can only enter one by one.
Capt decided he won't be going down just like that, he held his titanium knife tight in his hands and went after the coming Voids.
The Voids coming after him all are Mantis shaped. With bodies larger and taller than Shaquille O'Neal, 4 legs and 2 scythes as their hands, making them look very deadly.
Capt dodged their hands and lure them into attacking the concrete walls. After a dodge, The Void hand is stuck to the concrete walls and capt uses this opportunity to attack. Using the stuck hands as a foothold he jumped and aimed at the Mantis' core at the head.
He uses this strategy, again and again, to deal with the simple-minded Voids, until there are 2 Voids left. With his body riddled with small cuts that barely hit him from the scythe. He readied his weapon and prepared to attack the 2 left. But before he could lure them again, One more Void came out and his appearance is different. He looks like a.. human.
With only 170cm in height and 2 legs for walking, he really looks like a human except his hands are that still of mantis' scythe. And for once capt can't see the Void's core on this Void.
Even though capt doesn't know if this Void is dangerous or not, he forces his worn-out and tired body to fight again.
He tried the same strategy as before but because of the small and agile body of the Void, capt cannot trick him. And this Void actually looks likable to think because he smiled when he knew capt tried to trick him.
The Void attack became faster and faster, even with capt above average reflexes he is starting not able to see the Void's movement clearly and have to predict the attacks by seeing the Void's stance, killing intent, and body movements.
Even with all that, capt's battered body can't hold out for long. With one small misstep from capt, earned him a slash across his body through his armor vest and cutting a few of his ribs.
With that attack, capt cannot hold his body anymore, he knelt and ready for the Void's final attack, but unexpectedly the Void didn't come and finish him off.
Instead, he only laughed and told the big-bodied Void to finish capt off.
"FINISH ME OFF GODDAMNIT, DON'T YOU DARE LAUGH AT ME"
"I'LL KILL YOU FOR SURE, JUST WAIT FOR ME"
'*sigh* with this body I can only talk and cannot kill him but whatever, at least Jess and Alfred survived'
Without any purpose left to live capt is ready to die any moment 'maybe this is the end for me, I'm coming mom, hope I don't end up in hell though, that will be bad'
"Human." (???)
"I don't even do drugs, but I guess being at the death's door can make you hallucinate."
"Human, do you want to live?" (???)
