Yume's pov
I got home late and so my bigbro came in too. He's panting and I went to the kitchen and took a glass and filled up with water.
"Here's water.", I let him drink it.
"Where did you come from?", I asked.
"I'm just walking around and some dogs barked at me and wants to bite me so I ran as fast as I could.", he giggled nervously.
"Okay?~", me.
"Bigbro, I want to tell you something.", Me.
"Okay. I'm all ears.", Big bro.
"I made to talk to my friend, Malory, she used to make our outfit for this coming ball. I thanked her and took my apologies. So we're friends again.", Me smiling.
"How bout that kid, the one who gave you chocolates.", him.
"Well, I guess I need more time before I could speak with him.", Me.
"That's my good girl.", Onii-chan.
I smiled.

After a week is the seniors' ball and Malory said, "our formal attire are already to pick up, guys, so we'll meet up tomorrow at the shop.".
"I can't wait to our attire especially you, yume-chan, I'll bring my camera for the pictorial", Aimie.
I'm a little bit excited too. I feel like someone's watching me but I knew it so I keep ignoring him.

Time skips, the gang and i, including Malory, went to the shop. Aimie was excited, she went to the fitting room and wear her newly made pink dress. Malory and i wear our dresses too. Malory with her yellow tinted dress and mine was pure white with baby pink details, kinda cute. The boys were fascinated and flustered. Then, the incharge put our attires on each bag then we took it home.
Aimie forgot her cam and forgot also she had a phone, how unlucky.
Arth's eyes and mine crossed, but i turned immediately. That was close and my heart's racing. Then we went home.
Arth's pov
How's she keeps on avoiding me? But I'm kind of happy now that Malory and yume are friends again. I want to talk to her but she keeps ignoring me like I'm her greatest fear.
A few days back, that night, I saw him on the streets, the guy at the photo and the guy on yume's house. They're the same guy. He saw me and he ran away.
I followed him but he's too fast. We stopped on dead end. "You can't longer escape from here, mister.", I said panting in every word.
"Who are you? What are doing with yume? Are you trying to take her away and go back to your organization, Huh?", My finger is on trigger of my gun.
"A question at a time, will yah?", He said giggling but a little nervous. "Calm down, kid. Just relax, I won't hurt you. It's not what you're thinking.", He added.
"Well, you have a point.", So I put down my gun, but I'm ready, just in case.
"The truth is I really need to talk to you as soon as possible?", He said as I questioned him back.
"Huh, as soon as possible, what do you mean?", Maybe he's just fooling me. But he looks like he's kind.
"You're first question, you asked, 'who am i?', well, i introduce myself. I'm fravis galleass, yume's older brother. Nice to meet you, and you're-", he said.
"Dearth Devon, arth for short.", I answered.
"You're second question, as I said a while ago, she's my sister and i'm just visiting her.", He sat on the ground.
He's so serious, maybe he's right...
"Your third, Am i trying to take her away and go back to the organization? It's the opposite. Funny right? I don't want her involve in that stupid organization. They only want is to kill in exchange of money.", He stated.
"I guess you answered all my questions but why did you chose me to hear your words and not the police?", I asked so sudden.
"I don't want to say this but you're the only one I can trust, the cops are on their grasp. I knew that you're also looking for me.", he said.
"What?", I"m surprised.
"Yeah, you heard me. I do trust you so you already know the truth.", he said.
"One last thing, dearth-kun, I know how much you love and care for her. I'm trusting on you so please, i'm begging you, protect her. They might take her away or if she refuses, they might or I may kill her. So please, protect my yume for me.", He begged.
"How about my dad? do you know who killed my dad?", I asked.
"Sorry, but I should go now. Just remember what I said to you. Don't tell this to anyone even yume, she mustn't know about this, sayonara, dearth-kun.", He went away.
Then, the other police came.
"Where did the man go, search for him!", Lieutenant ryota commanded the others
"Are you are right, did he hurt you?", He asked.
"I'm totally fine, sir!, I need to accompany my sister and my fr-yume.", I got slipped, I wish he didn't hear.
"Bye!", I ran fast.
Then I went to the shop, then I saw yume hiding from a dress. I don't what I'm thinking but grabbed her hand. Maybe I scared her so pulled her hand, "I want to speak with you, please.", I begged.
