Arissa's eyes bulked out wide when she heard it and Cristan kissed her gently and their lips touched for such….. a long… time....
His tongue entered her mouth without a hitch and slowly danced in it. Spinning her world around. Made her completely sober at the moment.
It took a few minutes for her to wake her up from his gentle kiss and quickly, pushed him.
The kiss was so sweet and .... intoxicating. Hypnotizing. Numbing her.
Arissa felt that her heart is beating four times harder and almost jumping out of her rib chest.
"What did you say?????" She shrieked in panic. She thought that her ears had just misheard something!!
"I would like to stay on your side, Arissa…."
"Be your protector and guardian…"
"May I?" Cristan repeated his question. More like a confirmation. He is unwilling to lose his grip on her. Not at this moment.
