The accident was settled by the police and they even take care of the bad guys inside the restaurant. After an investigation and knowing that these people were about to commit a crime, the police praised Choi Hao instead for stopping the criminal.
However, the case is a bit sensitive as it involves three powers, the military, the Song family, and the Jiaolong corporation. The police are out of their wits with this case and it soon escalated to the higher-ups.
Meanwhile, right at this moment, Choi Hao and Ma Mian are talking while she was full of laughter. On the side, Yu Qi and Yu Bai are just looking at the two as if they were third… and fourth wheels.
"Hahaha… Big Brother Hao is too funny; you never really changed after all these years." Ma Mian said while patting Choi Hao's hands.
Yu Bai who saw this grips the cup in his hand tightly. Right now he is already seething in anger and his heart is filled with jealousy.

"Hey, you! Unhand my wife!" Yu Bai suddenly said as he stood up and confronts Choi Hao.
Then without saying another word, he suddenly punches Choi Hao to the ground. Yu Bai sneered at the man and turn towards Ma Mian with a victorious face.
But who would have known that she would suddenly run towards Choi Hao and held him up? Then she angrily glares at Yu Bai.
"Why did you hit him?" she shouted.
"I hit him because he is hitting on my wife!" Yu Bai replied while glaring at Choi Hao.
Who would have known that Choi Hao would suddenly show a crafty smile on his face while smirking at Yu Bai?
"What? What are you saying? I am not your wife?" Ma Mian suddenly shouted.
"You… How could you say that? You are nothing to me but a stranger! You're just some random stranger that I met. How dare you claim me as your wife?" Ma Mian added with an angry glare.
"Ma Mian! I will not let you go! You are only mine and mine alone!" Yu Bai retorted with a shout.
"Mr. Yun!!!" Ma Mian shouted.
"Mr. Yun... Mr. Yun… Mr. Yun!"

Yu Bai suddenly feels someone patting his hands, when he lifted his head he saw Yu Qi. He was able to regain from his stupor. He was a bit angry and dissatisfied at Ma Mian right now.
"Just you wait! When you get home tonight, I will surely punish you…" he thought while gritting his teeth.
The two talked for a while but Yu Qi and Yu Bai did not leave. They just stayed there waiting and would casually walk every now and then.
Yu Bai would not leave because he did not want to leave his wife to that man. Meanwhile, Yu Qi is only here to spend more time with Yu Bai. Looking at that handsome face and his reactions made her truly admire the guy.
He is clearly jealous but he is able to hold it in with such coolness and a somewhat pitiful look. Yu Qi's heartstrings are touched and she wanted to comfort the guy.
"Ma Mian, thank you…" she thought as she appreciated Ma Mian that she is able to discover this side of Mr. Yun.
Not long later, Ma Mian and Choi Hao decided to leave and were a bit stunned to see that Yu Qi and the man named Mr. Yun Hai is still there. They were too immersed in reminiscing the past that they did not notice that there are still people waiting on the side.
"Yu Qi, I'm sorry…" Ma Mian said while having an apologetic look on her face.
"Sigh… It's okay." Yu Qi said with a wink.
Ma Mian did not know what she means but was happy that Yu Qi was not annoyed. But when she noticed the handsome man on the side, she frowned. She did not know why he stayed but she is not inclined to talk to the guy.
In her eyes, he is a bit overbearing and has the aura of authority which she feels a bit of a dislike. Though Ma Mian is grateful for saving her and for helping her, she still could not make herself like the guy.
The reason for this is because of her deep prejudice and hatred against her father who left her and her mother.
"Let's go!" Ma Mian said while grabbing Yu Qi's arms.
"Do you have a car? I can send you back…" Choi Hao suddenly offered.
"No I will send them back, I was the one who invited them." Yu Bai suddenly said with a cold glare towards the guy.
Choi Hao noticed this and knew that this guy does not like him for some reason.
"No, I think I could send them back Mr. Yun, Ma Mian is my friend…"
"I think it is right that I should be the one to send them back Mr. Choi. I invited them to dinner anyway."
The two began to take a step forward to face each other.
"Ma Mian, I think they are going to fight." Yu Qi timidly said with a frown.
"Alright, stop it you two… Yu Qi and I will leave on our own and you guys leave too, okay?" Ma Mian said as she grabbed Yu Qi's arms and left the restaurant they are in.
The three went their separate ways.
Meanwhile, Yu Bai was a bit angry as he speedily drove back home. He truly wanted to teach that wife of his a lesson. How dare she flirt with another man?
Meanwhile, when Ma Mian sent Yu Qi back to her apartment, someone suddenly called her.
"Yu Bai?" she muttered.
"Who?" Yu Qi asked with confusion.
"Oh, nothing… wait I'll answer the call." Ma Mian said as she walks to the corridor.
"Hello, Bai… Are you home already? Umn… I'm sorry I still could not go home now. I'll be staying with Yu Qi tonight as we will have another shooting early tomorrow." Ma Mian lied through her teeth.
In truth, she just wanted to go home as Ma Liling, she wanted to sleep without worry. The last time was a bit relaxing for her as she did not have to hide and be worried about anything at all.
"WHAT?... I mean what do you mean, Honey?… can you…" Yu Bai almost smashed the phone on the floor upon hearing her but forces himself to calm down.
He is now truly angered and enraged, but still, he needed to calm down. This is just a challenge to their relationship; he knows that he could overcome it.
"I'm sorry, Bai… it just for my work, okay? Please understand… In fact, I missed you already, but I still got to do my job." she said with an apologetic tone.
Upon hearing this, Yu Bai slumped to the sofa with a helpless expression.

He was not able to move and just stared at the window while holding his phone. He did not know how long he was in that position, but then suddenly the door rang.
This woke him up from his stupor and he slowly rose up and walks to the door. He slowly opens it and lo and behold, a beautiful angel is standing outside the door wearing a casual gray loose T-shirt and dark blue jeans with a large backpack.
"Hello!" Ma Liling greeted with a beautiful smile.
