As the two hide behind the buildings, Kina slowly feels her energy draining because of so much blood she lost after getting wounds from the guards. She stopped and said, "Wait."
Kina knelt down and tightened the bandage she put on her wounded legs while breathing heavily. Her body hurts so much but she has to endure it until they get out. She isn't sure if they can really escape but they have to try.
Machesa looked at her worriedly. "Are you sure you can still continue? What if we stay here to rest first?" she told her and sighed. She knows that KIna's in so much pain more than her and she fears that something bad might happen to her if they continue.
Kina let out a long sigh and looked at her. She gave her a weak smile and said, "You're right. I don't think I can move fast. I will just be a hindrance to you. You can go on without me. I'll just tell you which way to go, okay?"
