Pharis didn't waste any time and opened the door as her curiosity increased. She was expecting a stair or something that would lead her to some kind of room like a basement but she saw nothing but empty storage.
"What? That's it?" she blurted out in disbelief.
It's just an empty storage but wide enough to fit a person. She couldn't see clearly because it's dark since there is no electricity in the house. She stood up and went to the vanity where she thought she saw a flashlight earlier.
She just hopes it still works. Pharis opened the drawer and saw the flashlight. She clicked the button and it opened, making her smirk.
It's not that bright but it'll be enough so she went back in in front of the storage and kneeled down. The storage is actually not deep because it's like a box that would fit a person in a sitting position.
