Paul is her friend that she met online and became her classmate. They became a click because of the jolly traits they have. Winter Sonata Diong is a 2nd year student of Bachelor of Music in University of Melbourne. Sonata was known in the university aside from having a unique name but also for her sensitivity in music. She can recognize wrong pitch, wrong tune in instruments, wrong timing, and many more relating to music. Her sensitivity in music was always praised by her professors but little did they know that she hated it. She hated how perfectionist she was.
Sonata was already part of the orchestra and she's also a part if a band which she's coaching. If she's a product, she's really an in-demand one.
"Paging Ms. Winter Sonata Diong, please proceed to the auditorium."
Wow! I am paged for the first time in my life! Instead of running to her friend in the cafeteria, she quickly changed her clothes and immediatrly went to the auditorium.

From her dorm, she ran towards the campus. 'Pag dating niya roon ay may mga taonh pormal ang kasuotan.
"Good day!" Shr politely greeted them.
"Oh, here's the prodigy I've been telling you for quite a good time. Sonata, come and sit with us." Offered by the dean of their campus.
"It's nice to finally meet you, Ms. Sonata. You have such a wonderful name." Complimented by the old man besides the dean. She gladly accepted the handshake.
"It's a pleasure to meet you, sir." She smiled.
"Sonata, he's a CEO of an entertainement company in Japan. He wanted to get you as a band's producer." The Dean finally explainrd the reason why she was called.
"A band? In Japan?" Unang sumagi sa kanyang isipan ay ang rock band na One Ok Rock.
"Yes. The band is here right now and Mr. Tsukishima wanted to give you critique to the band's music."
Hindi na nakapagsalita si Sonata dahil lumabas na ang tatlong lalaki.
"Vocals and lead, basd, and a drummer," Sonata uttered absentmindedly. She gave a sharp look at the three guys standing on the stage and fixing their instruments. Sonata sensed something is not right based from how they look.
"Yes," said Mr. Tsukishima.
The band started to play and Sonata's mood changed. The two men noticed the grimace on her face from the first start of the music. She let it slide until the hook is over and then she stood up. The band stopped frim playing their music when thry noticed Sonta was headinh towards their direction.
"Anyone speaks English?" tanong ni Sonata mula sa baba ng stage.
The vocalisy raised his hand.
"Good. So tell me, do you still have another member?" Her voice sounds like she's investigating them.
"Yes. He's actually the lead guitarist and the second vocalist. He's not around because he was sick," sagot nang bokalista.
Sonata nodded. "I see. That's why it sounds so...empty." she said. She went up the stage and grabbed the guitar from the vocalist.
"You play the keyboards, right?" she gave him an empty look. She's seeing if her guesses are right.
The vocalistcwas surprised from Sonata's guess. He nodded in surprise.
"Your hands say so. Now grab the keyboard in the corner." Tinuro ni Sonata sa kanang bahagi ng stage ang keyboard.
Sonata quickly discussed transitions of the chords with the bassist which surprised him because it sounded more clean and pleasantvto the ears. She also talked about the timing and the shifting a bassist do. Kinausap din niya ang drummer tungkol sa lack of impact niya sa pagpalo ng drums.
"The drummer is the one who should make the mood up. They are the heart of the band. You should keep that in mind," she lectured the drummer. He was nodding all along with whay is Sonata's saying to him.
"Does the missing member harmonize with you?" tanong ni Sonata doon sa bokalista na dala-dala ang keyboard.
"Yes."
She immediately grabbed the microphone and the stand, and faced them.
They started playing and it turned out so well. She was pleased with the outcome as well as the band. She could see the smiles on their faces which made her feel even more satisfied.
Sonata was giving signals to the vocalist and the drummer in the midst of their performance. After that one round, the two men who were sitting are out on their seats, clapping.
The band was amazed with Sonata's ability to quickly harmonize with the band as if she was already a member.
Bumaba si Sonata sa stage para puntahan ang dalawang lalaki sa baba.
"You are definitely amazing! Wow! How could you quickly adapt?" tanong ni Mr. Tsukishima na manghang-mangha kay Sonata.
"Their chords are basic. It's not hard reading the chords. They don't suit my taste buds but I know the reason why they sounded bad..." She glanced at the band who are fixing their instruments. "They can play, so there's no problem." She said bluntly.
"So, will you take my offer? You'll be one of the band's producers for their next album."
One of the band's producers? They already have producers? Why offer me still? She shove the questions out of her head.
"I'm just a third year student. I still lack a lot ifvknowledhe and skills."
"From what I've seen, you had already great skills and are well developed." The CEO smiled at her.
She remained silent.
"So, are you in?"
"Will you provide all that I need during my stay there?" direktang tanong ni Sonata sa CEO.
The old man laughed. "Yes! Your Dean and I already planned about it."
She sighed. "When will I start?"
"In September."
"Okay. The Dean will just give you my information. I'll be waiting," she gave a plain smile at them.
"You did well today," she complimented the band.
"You are amazing." The band vocalist complimented her.
She gave a brittle smile at him and left the auditorium.
Why didn't she reject the offer? First, it's Japan. It's her dream country. Second, she doesn't want those guys to be playing such aweful songs. Third and last, they have the potential but they lack mentoring.

Sonata talked about the guy she randomly saw on Facebook playing a song. His vocals were great. He play many instruments like, drums, guitar, violin, and ukulele. The quality of music he givevwas so great to the point she cried a little. Pinakita rin niya ang artstyle no'ng lalaki. She already made music in relation to one of his digital arts.
"Bruha ka! Ang ganda ng piece mo!"
"Thank you!" She widely smiled from her friend's compliment.
"Halatang in love ka talaga, e! 'Yong softness no'ng chorus tapos sinamahan pa no'ngvsoft precussion instruments. Na-imagine ko na nasa may mga cherry blossom ako."
"Ganda naman ng compliment!" Hinablot niya ang earphones niya sa kaibigan niya.
"Gaga teka! Gusto ko tapusin!" Pili niyang inagaw ang telepono ni Sonata pero bigo itong makuha.
"'Yan 'yong demo na ibibigay ko bago ako lumuwas ng bansa."
"Gaga nakakaiyak! Ang ganda!"
