The sun shines on a island surrounded by water. The island is named Uzushiogakure, or The Land of Whirlpools. The sun also shines in on a office where a thirteen year old boy signs some papers. A man walks into his office.
"Uzukage. Have you finished the paperwork?" The man asked.
"Yes Shijo. You don't have to call me that." Naruto responded.
"It's a sign of respect. If you don't force it then the village will run wild." Shijo responded. Naruto stands from his chair and looks at the village. He looks at construction workers repairing and knocking down old buildings.
"I finished the paperwork. We are under the Fire Daiymo. We are a official village. We still need citizens and shinobi, but I have something planned." Naruto said.
"May I ask what?" Shijo responded.
"Summon Zabuza, Haku, and Gaara. We are heading to the Leaf. We got to get our village out there. We have a lot of income thanks to Gato, but we still need shinobi and citizens." Naruto commanded.
"Right away." Shijo said flashing away.
-Five minutes-
Four blues inter the room. Standing on front of Naruto was Shijo, Gaara, Zabuza, and Haku.
"You summoned us?" Zabuza asked.
"Yes. Me, Shijo, and Gaara are going to the Leaf. You two will accompany us as bodyguards." Naruto answered.
"Who will watch the village?" Gaara asked.
"I have a trusted friend. He's strong and capable until I get back." Naruto responded. When he said this, the door opened. Walked in a man. He was 6'1. Black hair and normal build.
"Naruto. Good to see you." The man said.
"Muto. Gokd to see you. Is your family here?" Naruto asked.
"Yes. We are honored that you invited us to stay in the village." Muto bowed.
"We don't do that here. All I need is a thanks and a hand shake." Naruto took his hand and shook it.
"Naruto. This is the man we helped with bandits. He will be watching the village?" Gaara asked.
"Yes. He's strong. I also hired a small militia group to help, but Muto will be in charge. Zabuza and Haku. You to will always have masks and cloaks to hide your identities. Gaara and Shijo. We will also wait masks, but your two identities aren't as mush of a kept secret." Naruto said putting on his mask.
His mask was now oreange. It had seven black whirlpools on the sides while it also has whiskers. "Kyuubi. Do you think people will recognize me?" Naruto asked.
"I don't think so. Your chakra has changed a lot. Thanks to your affinities and the weird armour things you can summon. All I have to do is suppress mine and you will be fine." The Kyuubi answered Narutos question.
"All right guys. We move out to tomorrow. Be at the bridge by 7:00 Am sharp." Naruto said. They all blurted away, except for Naruto and Muto.
"When will the hired help be here?" Muto asked.
"An hour after we leave. Hand them this paper. It will tell them I left you in charge. You can go see your family now. You must be tired." Naruto said waving him off.
"Yes. Thank you." Muto said disappearing.
-7:00 AM-
Five figures stand at a gate. Zabuza had a black cloak with blank black mask to cover his whole face. Haku also had a black cloak, but with a white mask and red senbon leading a trail from the top left to the bottom right. Gaara had a oreange cloak. His mask was black. It had a wave of sand on the left side crashing down to the right side.
Shijo had a white cloak with a white mask. His mask had two katanas. One on top pointing to the left. The other one below his mouth pointing to the right. Naruto had a black coat with oreange stripes. He had a white long sleeved shirt under it with oreange strips at the end of the sleeves. His mask was the same.
"Ok. Let's go." Naruto said walking down the road.
-Outside the gate of Konoha-
Naruto and the rest slowly walk towards the gate. Only to be stopped by two guards. "What is your buisness being in Konoha?" One guard asked.
"Chuunin exams. We also need to see the Hokage. We have permission from the Fire Daimyo to be here." Naruto handed them a slip of paper.
"You may enter. We have sent a messanger bird to the Hokage. He will be expecting you." The other one said.
"Thank you." Naruto bowed. The group walk through the gate and into Konoha.
"Its been awhile, hasn't it brat?" The Kyuubi asked.
"Yeah. Not much has changed. Well...nope. It all looks the same." Naruto looked around and responded in his head. As the group walked down the road they got weird stares, but they soon reached the Hokage tower. They walk in and tell the receptionist there buisness and they walk into the Hokage office.
"Uzukage. I've been expecting you." The Hokage said walking around his desk.
"Yes. I'm here on buisness of course.I want to through my village in the Chuunin exams, along with a treaty. In return We'll give you something very valuable to this place." Naruto said.
"What would that be?" The Hokage asked. Naruto pulled out a scroll and there was a puff of smoke. There was The Forbidden Scroll. The Hokages eyes widened.
"We found this on some sewer rat. We would like to return it, in return I want my village to form a treaty with this starting our friendship and to be included in every Chuunin exam starting now." Naruto offered.
"Very well. May I ask what happened to the kid that had this scroll?" The Hokage asked.
"We don't know. He ran away. Somewhere near Lightning Country." Naruto responded.
"I see. Very well. We will welcome the treaty and your villages participation." The Hokage said. He then pulled out some paper work. "You need to sign these as they already have my signature." The Hokage handed Naruto the papers. Naruto signed them and handed them and the scroll back.
"I already wrote down everything in there so...no loss here." Naruto thought.
"Who will be participating? The Hokage asked.
"Me and the two beside me." Naruto responded.
"What are your names?" The Hokage asked.
"That is Shijo Kabera. That is Tarland Tito. My name is Taruto Oui." Naruto answered.
"Ok. We have arranged rooms for you to stay in. Have a good rest of the day." The Hokage said to them. Naruto bowed and walked away. The rest following.
-Hotel room-
The group walk into Narutos hotel room. It was big. Not suprising since they probably want to treat a fellow Kage with respect.
"Zabuza and Haku. You two will sleep in here with me. Gaara you can do what you want. Just be wary of Sand Shinobi. There is a possible chance they'll recognize you. Stay under cover. Shijo. Me and you are gonna go explore." Naruto said walking out of the the hotel room.
The two walk down the street. Naruto remembering different places. Training field and places he got beat up at.
"So. Does it bring back memories?" Shijo asked.
"Yes. It does." Naruto responded. Naruto and Shijo walked until Naruto saw a sight he hasn't seen in a long time. It was the academy. It looked like nobody was there. "This was my old academy." Naruto told Shijo.
"Hmm. Probably couldn't teach you as much as I have." Shijo said.
"Yes. Probably not." Naruto said walking away. Naruto walked longer until he walked into heaven itself. The smell, the aroma. It could only be one thing. "Ichiraku Ramen." Naruto said.
"What?" Shijo asked. Naruto disappeared in a flash. Shijo followed. Shijo stopped at a ramen stand. "Ichiraku Ramen? Oh. It's that place Naruto was obsessed with as a kid. The old guy and his nice daughter." Shijo thought walking in. Naruto was sitting on a stool. He rung a bell attracting a man on the other side of the counter.
"New customer I see. What can I get you?" The man asked.
"One Miso Ramen please." Naruto responded.
"Coming right up!" The man said.
"Make that two." Shijo said sitting down.
"Yes." The man said.
"So. What your name?" Naruto asked.
"Teuchi. May I ask what yours is. You don't look like your from around here." Teuchi asked.
"My name is Taruto." Naruto responded.
"Haha. Your name sounds really familiar." Teuchi responded.
"Oh. Why is that?" Naruto asked.
"There was this kid. His name was Naruto. Swet kid. He was out number one customer, but one day. Out of the blue he betrayed the village and left. No one has seen him since. I wish I could give him one more bowl of ramen." Teuchi said looking down at the bowls of ramen he handed the two.
"My name is Shijo. It's nice to meet you." Shijo said holding out his hand.
"Teuchi. Nice to meet you. Say what are you two doing in town?" Teuchi asked.
"We are here for the Chuunin exams. I am The Uzukage. The Kage of The Land of Whirlpools." Naruto responded.
"A Kage? Aren't you little young?" Teuchi asked.
"Yes he is young, but just as capable as me. I'm as strong as your to Jounin in the village, so he is pretty strong for his age. He also trains hard and learns quickly. He in fact went from mid Chuunin to mid Jounin in the span of two months. Shijo responded.
"Impressive. I don't know that many people with that type of progression. That's gonna be a little unfair to the other students in the Chuunin exams this year won't it?" Teuchi asked.
"Don't worry. I'll try my best not to go to hard on someone, or kill anybody. Especially of the Leaf considering we are now allies." Naruto said.
"Well. I don't see why not." Teuchi said. Naruto sipped up his last noodle.
"It's been really good, but I must go now. Here take this." Naruto said. Naruto put a bag bigger than the bowl of ramen on the table. Teuchi eyeballs popped out of his head.
"I can't except this much." Teuchi said.
"No please. Take it." Naruto said walking away. Teuchi looked at Shijo.
"He's very generous. Let it be a sign of our frienship." Shijo said following Naruto out of the stand.
"Where to next?" Naruto asked.
"I don't know." Shijo responded. Naruto then heard a thud. he turned his head to see a sand shinobi. He had a cat suit on with paint on his face. He was holding a little boy. Naruto recognized him. It was Konohamaru.
"Say. Didn't I make a promise to always protect him and train him?" Naruto asked the Kyuubi.
"Don't bother. That was a long time ago." The Kyuubi reponded.
"Yeah, but a promise is a promise. Plus we are now allies so..."
"Fine."The Kyuubi gave in.
"You brat. You think you can just run into whoever you want huh. I should teach you a lesson!" The guy shook Konohamaru.
"Put him down jerk!" Sakura yelled.
"Who are you?" The kid asked.
"You should do it. I will make you if you don't." A voice from a tree called out. Saskue was standing upside down on a branch.
"Oh yeah! Try it!" The kid yelled.
"Ladies ladies. Can't we resolve this peacefully?" A voice from above them asked. They all looked up to see Naruto and Shijo behind him standing sideways on a building.
"Who are you freak?" The guy asked.
"Oh my name is Taruto. When did they invite the circus to the village?" Naruto asked.
"There is no circus." The cat guy responded.
"Then why do I see a clown in makeup?" Naruto asked. This made the guy furious.
"It's not makeup!" He yelled. Naruto dropped down with Shijo following him.
"Put the kid down, before I make you." Naruto said now meters in front of the guy.
"Kankuro. I think we should go. Those two look serious." The female beside them said.
"Quiet Temari. He's probably a weakling with a bodyguard." The now named Kankuro said.
"Shijo. I got this." Naruto said. Shijo backed up.
"You think your tough? I'll beat you down." Kankuro threatened dropping Konohamaru.
"Then do it." Naruto just said. Kankuro punched, but Naruot side stepped it. Kankuro went for another punch, but Naruot just ducked under it. Kankuro went for a kick, but it was caught by Naruto. Naruto swung Kankuro in a circle and tossed him into the side of a building.
"Is that all you got?" Kankuro asked standing up.
"Come on. The circus surely taught you better tricks than that." Naruto shot back. Kankuro charged. He threw many punches and kicks at Naruto. Each one was dodged or blocked. Kankuro went for an uppercut. Naruto fought it. Naruto kneed him in the gut and kicked him away.
"Kankuro! You'll pay for this!" Temari pulled out her fan.
"I rather not fight. Just take your brother back to the elephants and lions and leave us alone." Naruto said. Temari picked Kankuro up and jumped off.
"Uhh. Thanks for the help.Whats your name?" Sakura asked.
"We've met before. I'm Shijo and this is Taruto." Shijo reponded.
"Wait. Your the two from Wave right? What are you guys doing here. Also, where is the rest of you?" Sakura asked.
"We are here to participate in The Chuunin Exams." Naruto responded.
"I didn't know you guys belonged to a village." Sakura said.
"We just started one actually. Taruto here is the Uzukage." Shijo said.
"Your a Kage? Wouldn't it make more sense to make the strongest person in the village the leader?" Sakura asked.
"Me and Taruto are equal believe it or not." Shijo responded.
"Oh. Saskue come down here! We have some old friends!" Sakura yelled. Saskue jumped down.
"You are the ones from Wave righ?" Saskue asked. Shijo and Naruto nodded. "What's with the masks?" Saskue asked again.
"We don't want people going around giving our faces to random people." Shijo replied.
"We must get going. Are you ok?" Naruto asked Konohamaru who was rubbing a bruise.
"Yes! Thank you for the help!" Konohamaru smiled.
"Your welcome." Naruto said blurring out of sight with Shijo.
