"Nnnnhhh~ Aaah! That was a tough one~! Those idiots didn't even know how to open the lid of a simple cup? What's wrong with them, seriously?" Haze stretched her body as she complained to no one.
"It can't be helped, Haze. That's our job as the support department." Her friend and work mate, Kyle, said before handing over a cup of coffee.
"Yeah, I know. But still, can't they atleast know how to open a cup? But I would definitely, and highly appreciate it if they give me less trouble next time. Even stupidity have limits, you know." Haze said before opening the lid of the coffee cup, "Hey, I thought I told you that I hate black coffee? Come on, Kyle." She added.
"Ah! Sorry, sorry, I forgot, there's quite a lot of people near the vending machine and they're talking about different types of coffee so I ended up buying that black coffee. Again, sorry." Kyle apologized before scratching the back of his head.
"Sigh, it's fine. I don't know if it's true but, black coffee is said to be more effective than those with creamer or sweetener." Haze sipped before talking again.
"Then, back to work we... go?" Haze dropped the cup of coffee and fell down to her desk. "W... what's, wrong... with... my body..?" She asked as she struggled to get up.
"HAHAHAHA. Damn, that old man is a genius! You only took a sip and you're already in that state! That poison is too potent, seriously." Kyle laughed before putting his hands in position and grabbed Haze by her hair.
"Now, you want to know what's going on, right? Then I'll tell you. But still, you know? If only you didn't encouraged my little sister to actually study, then our time together won't be reduce by this much, you know!? I could have been the most reliable big brother she could possibly have! And you came, lectured her, and encouraged her! I bet she see's you as her hero now, huh. I'm the only person in this world she's allowed to rely on! For that to happen... I need you out of her history. That's why I poisoned you, Haze. This is goodbye, you were the best friend I could ever have, you know. If only you didn't get close to my little sister. Damn, you didn't even notice such a simple slip of words. Do you actually think there's going to be people near that vending machine when it's this late!? It's literally 2 am! HAHAHAHA!" Kyle said before heading towards the exit after leaving a gallon behind.

"Hey, wake up." A prideful voice suddenly rung inside my head, startling me awake.
"Hey, I said wake up." It did again.

"Hey, hurry up and wake up! We will be in danger if you stayed down!" The annoying voice shouted in my head.

'What's up with you? Don't just go disturbing people's sleep! I died just a moment ago, let me take my time sleeping here in the abyss!'
"Abyss!? Died!? Girl, if you're thinking that you're in the after life, then let me tell you, you're gravely mistaken!" The voice resorted.
'Then tell me whats going on instead of blabbering nonsense! Spit it out!' I resorted back.
"T-that's right. You must get out of your nest, now! Hungry monsters are going to get us!"
"Hungry monsters!? Seriously, what's going on!?" I asked in panic.
"Ugh, go get a clue already! A nest-"
'Stop with the annoying blabber! Tell me already!" I interrupted.
"You're a newly hatched unknown species of some sort of bird! Now, go eat all the egg shell you can see around you and get out of here!" The voice ordered as if I can eat eggshells.
I looked around and thought, 'As if I can eat eggshells! Aren't I a new born!? How do you expect a newborn to eat something so hard? No, that's not supposed to be the question I'm asking here! How am I still alive!? That's not right!'
"You can eat eggshells, idiot. You're not some weak a** bird! I just said that you're an unknown, new species, didn't I?" The voice explained, with the same energy of telling someone that they can study if they actually try.
'I-Is that so, I-I'll try, okay? If I weren't able to do it, immediately remind me that I'm supposed to run.'
"I got it!" It said with mental equivalent of a salute.
'H-here goes." I muttered to ease my nervousness. 'Hnn, isn't this quite good? It's so soft when I put it in my mouth but it's so tough in the outside.' I said inwardly before looking around, "Oh, there's a lot! Are those my sibling's shells? Where are they though?"
As I looked around after eating to my fill, I noticed something. "Aren't there quite a lot of blood around here? W-what's going on?" I asked to the voice in confusion.
"Aaahh, I knew it. You're siblings fought each other! That normally happens between crows and other species of birds, heck it happens even to monster types! Hurry up and get out of here if you don't want to die yet!" It said with the mental equivalent of someone sweating buckets.
'F-fought? But why!? Aren't we supposed to be family-' I asked before getting interrupted, "Now, don't be mistaken again! Completely delete any common sense that you somehow have, and hurry up and get... IT'S HEEERRE! Run, hurry up and run!"
'W-what, what's here!?' Atleast tell me if something's going to happen! What is that!? You're telling me that is one of my bigger sibling!? G-gotta go fast!' I panicked and started to run away from my "sibling".
(That isn't something like a bird, that's a freaking monster! How can a little cute bird turn in to a freaking bloody mess of a monster!?)
"I'd like to know as well! It's getting closer! It's stepping on the gas!"
"Eeek!" I screamed in desperation.
"Ack!" I reacted after getting a painful tackle in the back.
"This isn't good! You can't outrun him! At this point you'll have to fight!"
"I am well aware. Pant. I just died moments ago, you think I'll give up this second chance just like that!? Oraaa!" I roared before running in full speed and stabbed my peck to my sibling's side that looked like already damaged and scratched it's throat with the sharp claws in my right foot, making black blood go everywhere.
"Aawck!" The damn thing screeched before charging back to me.
"Still not done yet, huh!? Then I'll play with you more!" I charged forward, barely dodged it's tackle to the right and jump on top of it after it crashed to the floor.
I stabbed and bit it's back near the spine with my peck so much that blood had gotten all over me. "How's that, huh!? Here, here, here, here, here! How do you feel now, huh!?" I stabbed and slashed, bit and ripped, swallowed and savored it's body even after it's dead.
"How's that, Kyle, you bastard. I'm goin to survive this and get back at you, just you wait. Even if I have to go through worlds, solar systems, dimensions, or even life and death!" I made my resolve and fell unconscious after.
