Yan San and Song Lian and a few others suddenly felt a chill down their spines. Was this a ghost sighting?
Soon enough, they spotted a figure floating in mid-air. If that wasn't a ghost, what was it?!
Just as Yan San, Song Lian, and the speed element ability users behind them thought about turning around to use their abilities to open the door and slip away, they discovered their feet were also immobilized on the ground.
"Ghost Master, spare our lives! We meant no offense; we'll leave now, we'll leave right away!"
Yan San was facing the doorway, yet he only dared to glance sideways using the corner of his eye.
"Yes, yes, we promise never to come back,"
cried out Song Lian and the others as well.

The group felt as though something cold and tentacle-like was wrapping around them layer by layer, and several of the more faint-hearted fainted on the spot.
