Xi'en slightly closed his eyes, and after a brief pause, he spoke, "The Star Moon Flower that restrains the mist has always been kept by my Mother. She only brings it out when the tribemembers of our clan go out to exchange for salt, but each time it's just a small amount. I can't get any extra."
Qiu Mo was a bit puzzled by Xi'en's intentions, and so she curiously asked.
"Why do you want to leave this place? Isn't it very beautiful here? Aren't all your family here?"
Xi'en cast a glance at Qiu Mo with his amber eyes. The color that should have been bright and clear was so dim in Xi'en's eyes.
He chuckled softly and shook his head slowly, "This is not my home..."
His abrupt statement made Qiu Mo even more curious. She wanted to ask more, but was pulled back by someone shaking their head at her.
Gaiyin looked at Xi'en, "I can agree to take you away, but the prerequisite is that we can get what we want."
Xi'en and Gaiyin made eye contact. "Wooden Crystal Stone? I promise you."
