Aqi ran headlong into Axi's arms, clasping his waist tightly.
"Now that you're here, you're not allowed to leave!"
Axi stiffened momentarily, but quickly relaxed, a softness in his eyes that wasn't there before.
He tentatively hugged Aqi back.
Aqi felt it and held him even tighter!
Hai Qin, puffing with anger, wanted to separate them, "Sis, let him go, what are you doing?"
He tugged once, without success, then again, still unable to pull them apart!
Hai Qin was staring in anger!
Axi looked at Hai Qin indifferently, but his deep blue eyes flashed with an unrestrained and violent look.
Ajue immediately pulled the dumbfounded Hai Qin away.
Axi's presence was forbidding from the start, those eyes, that demeanor belonged to someone who had seen real bloodshed, someone who fought countless battles.
Hai Qin looked at Ajue in confusion, a trace of displeasure on his face, "Why are you pulling me? Can't you see my sister is being forced by that beastman?"
