Wen Ran shook her head, "I'm waiting for Mo Xiuchen, he said he'd pick me up after the dinner party."
"I just called Mo Xiuchen, he's on his way to the hospital, let's go down and wait for him."
Gu Kai smiled gently, speaking in a soft tone.

Wen Ran blinked, not sure whether she was being too sensitive, but she felt that Gu Kai had something to tell her. Pondering for a moment, she agreed.
After saying goodbye to Bai Xiaoxiao and her mother, Wen Ran left with Gu Kai.
"Ranran, the results of the examination are out."
Gu Kai spoke as they approached the elevator.
Wen Ran paused, stopping in her tracks.
With the help of the light, she looked up at Gu Kai. His eyes were as dark as ink, and under his handsome brows, his smile had faded, inexplicably making her feel uneasy.
"Did something go wrong with Mo Xiuchen's and my medical examination?"
