Originally, Wen Ran planned to return to the Wen Family business to work.
But that night, she received a call from her brother Wen Jin, urging her to stay with Mo Xiuchen. He told her that the factory was not busy and that she didn't need to go back to work.
On the side, Mo Xiuchen heard what Wen Jin said over the phone. A gleeful smile tugged at his lips as Wen Ran frowned slightly, "Brother, will you be okay if I don't go back?"
"I'll be fine. There's nothing to worry about."
Wen Jin's voice was full of laughter and confidence. He was not yet fully recovered and had difficulty moving, but it did not stop him from handling business affairs.
"Ranran, let me talk to your brother."
Mo Xiuchen spoke softly, reaching out to Wen Ran.
Wen Ran handed him her phone. She had been on speakerphone, so she could hear both Mo Xiuchen and Wen Jin's conversation. Soon enough, they reached an agreement.
"When did you and my brother become so in sync?"
