Aston parked slowly outside Wen's Pharmaceutical Factory; Mo Xiuchen undid Wen Ran's seatbelt, speaking in a gentle tone, "I have a function tonight and will be home very late. It's been raining and cold these days, don't wait up for me; make sure to rest early."
Wen Ran smiled and nodded, looking through the glass window, and caught sight of Bai Xiaoxiao walking to the office building from inside the factory. She opened the car door with one hand, then said to Mo Xiuchen, "I won't wait for you, drive carefully."
"Okay!"
Mo Xiuchen's lips curled into a slight smile; his eyes aglow with kindness as he watched her enter the factory gate. He only started the car and left after Bai Xiaoxiao, who'd reached the front of the office building, turned around and looked back at her.
"Xiaoxiao, what brings you here now?"
