Liam was the deity of myth it was very easy for him to trace the battle records through mythology and analyzing it.
After he traced conflicts, battle between deities and the brutal divine wars he realizes that chances of another precedent divine war in this century was high .
Liam was weak and incredibly so because he was a low level deity and has no idea of how the deities fight and in the war for faith. It is true that he was from 21st century and had many new memories and powers when he became deity of mythology but he did not think he had a chance against monstrous powerful people above his realm like intermediate deities and above that high deities and above that arch deities even in just playing tricks for gaining followers.

Suddenly Liam stopped and asked a question what is the most important aspect of a class in the reality "Energy" the mages have mana , the warriors have battle energy and even the deities have divine energy and that is the difference between them mana is an energy capable of interaction with world so mages can affect environment ,battle energy is created in the body so it is obvious that warriors have great physical strength the strength of deities come from divine energy which is versatile but mostly related to authority born of divine spark .
If Liam wanted to create class he needed to create a new energy. He did not want it to be like the current energies. Liam thought about it what was the characteristics of the energy he wanted to create.
"I want it to be related to soul in hopes that one day I understand it more, I want it to be chaotic and unruly to have infinite possibility but most importantly I want it to be capable of turning imaginary to real and influence the laws of world"
Liam then began his experimentation. A long time passed since then and today was the birth of the birth of mythical path Liam began producing an translucent energy from his very being his soul he mixed it with his divine energy to give it the property of myths and the power to influence the laws of the world Liam mixed the energy from the void with it for it to become unpredictable adding the element of chaos means though controlling it was harder it had endless potential.
