"Time is eternal. Even after the death of the the entire universe, time will still be there. According to the gregorian calendar, the year is four billion... This sounds kinda awkward, but I ain't gonna question it..."
A heavily injured boy thought to himself. He was unable to move and was lying on a rocky surface. He was feeling intense pain running through his body. His hand was bent in a direction in which it wasn't supposed to.
He was in a reddish-brown and muddy region. His dark green, long and thick hairs were sprained with blood. It was quite possible that he had hurt his head somehow.
"Ugh..."
He fainted as he got up cautiously. His golden coloured eyes were shining with the resolve to obtain something. He was approximately 5.11 feet tall and had a muscular build. By looking at him, one would say that his age is seventeen at best.
He wore a green coloured sweatshirt which had a symbol of "Toxicity/Biohazard" printed on it. For his bottom, he had a black coloured jeans on him. Along with this outfit, he was accompanied by a dark green coloured gas mask.
He raised his head to take a look at this unknown scenery. The sky was probably the most beautiful thing one could ever see. Cluster of numerous stars were swarmed all over the moonlight night. There were even some purple coloured planets visible to him.
After observing the visually impossible sky, he rotated his neck in other directions to take a look at his scenery. He was standing between huge craters and small and rocky mountains. All of the region around him was just like this. However, the most captivating thing here for him was a small white coloured ceiling built on a grey coloured floor which was partially visible from a few kilometres.
He decided to walk towards that 'uncertain location' with some thoughts in his mind,
"Ha... Let's add details now. I having difficult understanding, talking, performing other actions... Who am I? I've lost mind of mine..."
Scratching his head, he continued thinking,
"This the year FOUR BILLIONTH. This probably one of last thing my memory. I have basic knowledge about humans and animals. Hmm..."
As he continued to walk, he got tripped over by a stone which resulted him getting injured at the exact same spot where he was injured earlier. As soon as he felt the pain by his little accident, he shouted,
"T-this is pain!"
This time, he experienced a shock running through his entire body. His mind was getting overloaded with some of his inexperienced memories. He wanted to shout, but no voice came out. After calming himself, he thought,
"That's right... I need to go there!"
He brought his left hand forward and pointed at the whitish thing away from him.
Half an hour later, he reached his desired location by walking upto it. This place was built with a special type of material called 'Xomphanium'. The white courted ceilings were covered with 'Octo-procta' which was one of the most sturdiest protective case of his time.
"I... Remember something..."
The young guy thought to himself as he conducted a search of the entire building. After searching up the hall and that single yet large room in the building, he found a small robot like thing.
At first glanced, because of its shape, it looked like a trash can. However, in the middle of its front facing lateral surface, there was a small screen with a small space of putting one's palm. It looked like a palm scanner.
Without knowing much about it, he decided to put his palm onto it. He had some kind of urge to do that. As soon as he placed his palm on the reader, suddenly the small screen at the top head of the bot started glowing.
Realizing that he has probably done some sort of mistake by giving his palm prints at a random location, he decided to back off immediately.
*ZAP!!!*
However, he felt a sudden volt of electric current running within his body. He gurgled loudly but he was all alone, without a trace of any type of life in his entire vicinity. Getting overloaded from the electric shock, he passed out.
"I... Almost got electrocuted for no reason..."
These were his last words before falling onto the ground and seeing a bunch of random imageries. It was all very quick. Some scientists. Some spaceships. A biohazard weapon. A failed experiment. Destruction of the world. Everything in one go.
A few hours later, he opened his eyes. This time he had a different shine in his eyes. He acted as if his personality had completely changed. He shouted to himself,
"AERITH... DARKINSON! I'm Aerith Darkinson! Yes... Now I remember..."
Almost four billion years ago, humanity vanished. There were more than a single reason for its disappearance. Despite the termination of the so called 'legendary' race, a few humans with high intellectual survived. These were experimented on by a world famous AI created by humanity.
During that time, a discovery was made- a discovery about the end of the humans' galaxy. Since the formation of the galaxies, everything has been attracting one another. In the four billionth year, the two galaxies will collapse, reducing everything to ashes.
However, some humans disagreed with this discovery. They said,
"Even if the two galaxies will collapse... There is a possibility of a supernatural life form interrupting that apocalypse."
Upon their intervention, a completely fit adult, Aerith Darkinson, got placed in the 'spiritual life corporation's awakening orb'. He was scheduled to wake up in the four billionth year and explore the universe as the last hope of humanity as everybody already knew that humanity would get perished by their own misdeeds before the four billionth year.
While Aerith was deep in thought, he heard loud machinery and explosions. These blasts were loud enough to destroy one's eardrums. He got out of the room quickly only to find that he was surrounded by numerous spaceships of 'alien' origins. At this moment, he sighed and said,
"That's right... I know 'bout everything but... I don't remember how I made the entire universe my enemy!"
