Daniel snapped out of his daze a moment later and looked to Michael's face. He scanned his face, but did not see any signs of smugness from Michael. Instead of the usual smug expressions that scions of the major families, or sons of rich business men wore, Michael simply bore a confident look on his face.
"Here I come." The blond man announced and took a step forward.
'Too proud?' Daniel thought, but in the next moment, he felt a chill run down his spine. He only barely managed to raise his sword and block Michael's stab with its flat side. The tip of Michael's sword, and the flat of Daniel's sword created sparks, but surprisingly, Daniel was being pushed back!
