"Milizaus." Michael greeted the old lizardman when he stepped into his study.
"Patriarch," Milizaus bowed, "You called for me." The old lizardman's eyes were sharp as he spoke. He was able to tell that Michael was troubled.
"Yes, sit down, please." Michael gestured to the seat opposite his own, and Milizaus took it. "I called you here because I want to pass some instructions to you. I will be leaving for some time, and will not be back for a while. In that time, I ant you to assume the role of the leader of our people. It is only temporary, though. Don't get any funny ideas." Michael eyed Milizaus at the end of his sentence.
"Ah, you think too little of me, Patriarch. I will never think of challenging your rule." Milizaus displayed a wry smile and waved his hands.
