"Classes begin tomorrow." Peony said halfheartedly, staring dismally at the bucket of uneaten popcorn sitting in front of her.
"Mmmmh." Kat hummed, looking through the blank TV.
It was like Priscilla's absence sucked the very joy out of the house, they all sat in the first sitting room on the ground floor, they had moved Priscilla into the second sitting room.
Everybody looked perfectly miserable so that even though Bella had told them a thousand times, she found herself saying again. "I set an alarm so that when she wakes up, we'll know first thing."
"It sounds like that, doesn't it?" Kat asked apathetically still looking at the blank screen as blaring sounds tore through the entire house.
"Wai..." Before the word could fully get out of Kelvin's mouth, Victoria dashed up the stairs with the rest hot on her heels.
