Princess Liviana's POV
After almost two hours of our heartbreaking and depressing conversation, I decided to head back to our room. Dominique stayed in the garden, planning to sleep there the whole night.
While I was walking in the corridor, my feet dragged my whole body going to Connor's room. I know it is already past midnight, and he is probably sleeping already, but I was worried about Dominique. She might get a cold by staying there for the whole night. I tried to convince and drag her out of the garden, but she refused.
I knocked multiple times as I heaved a deep sigh. I know that Dominique probably won't like this; she doesn't want to get involved with Connor. She's just enduring the pain she's experiencing because she has to stay with me until the end of this month. I feel so much guilt about it. However, I think spending her remaining time here with Connor won't add to her pain. Perhaps, it will lessen a little.
