Steve held her arm, assuring her they would be fine.
Then he stepped towards the main venue with Erica, holding her hand.
The journalists took the advantage of the situation and threw their questions at Steve.
"Mr Ford, the rumour has it a big announcement is going to happen tonight. May we know what this announcement is about?" One journalist asked Steve.
"You waited for so long already. Why not wait for few more hours and witness the announcement first hand?" Steve flashed his charming smile making the journalist blush.
Erica noticed it and she subconsciously tightened her hold on Steve, which was felt by him and made him happier, as her behaviour earlier worried him but now when she tightened her arm around him, he liked it.
There were a few questions about the party which Steve answered professionally but then one journalist crossed the agreement they had, and asked Steve a question, she was not supposed to ask.
